[Barkwind's pace lessened with each gasp, her lungs burning for air. Her legs felt like rocks as she fled farther and farther away from camp. 'Get out. Get out. Get out.' The voice still echoed in her mind, but it became hoarse and weak with each step away from camp.]
[Barkwind's muscles screamed, the need for energy could deny itself no longer. Barkwind's vision sprung out with black dots, covering her view as she fell in a heap of skinny fur.]

My blue eyes narrowed. Stay out of this! What if she's hurt?! I thought angrily. He didn't understand. He would never understand. He was too mature for lo- No. I felt my pelt warm. Did I....?
My thoughts were cut short when I spotted the black and white pelt sprawled out on the ground. I intook air, and trotted over to Barkwind. I sniffed her cautiously. She was still warm. Alive and okay. I rasped my tongue across her forehead, before nudging her. "Barkwind, get up," I whispered, my voice thick.

"Hang on tight." He ordered Sullenpaw. He narrowed his
eyes as he waited until the apprentice got close. In less than a
second, the wind blew towards the two, making it look like a
wildfire. Firestorm moved quickly, now behind Cedarpaw.
"Well, Well, Well. Seems we are working on our battle tactic
eh?" Firestorm said.

[Barkwind winced as something touched her, it's raspy texture dragging across her forehead. A familiar scent flooded her senses.] "Cinderstreak?" [She meowed softly, struggling to get to her paws. Suddenly her back went rigid, and the fear returned to her eyes. The voice. It was gone. For now. But would it come back if she went back to camp?]
[Barkwind sat up, and immediately her stomach cramped causing to her almost double over. But she held.]
[She looked at Cinderstreak and immediately flushed, turning her head back to the ground.] "Kay." ['Why do I keep thinking about... Him']

[Sullenpaw hung onto Firestorm as much as she could without unsheathing her claws. She used her hind legs to clamp herself onto his back. When they came to a stop, she noticed Cedarpaw. Immediately her mind sizzled, "O-oh... I-I...hi Cedarpaw.." she managed to mumble from on top of Firestrom. Though she brightened as Skywhisker came into view, "Hi Skywhisker!" she greeted, though her eyes stayed on Cedarpaw.]

Miraclesky [Miraclesky growled low, her blue eyes for once dark and serious. Her tail was still kinked angrily- she didn't care whose fault it was. Cedarpaw had directly disobeyed her when she told him to get some rest for the next day, since it was late at night. Her once kind and easygoing attitude was gone, because when it came to training, she was serious. And she seriously disliked this situation. She narrowed her eyes at Oaktail, Burrpelt, Firestorm, and Skywhisker, then at Cedarpaw and Oakpaw. Her ears were flattened, her whiskers twitching- but not in amusement.
"I don't care whose fault it was. It all comes down to you, Cedarpaw. When Silverstar apprenticed you to me, she entrusted to me your safety, and she gace you the responsibility and respect that all apprentices get- to obey their mentors and not go running off. I gave you a direct order to get some rest, because I had a big day planned for you. And now I am very disappointed to find that you were careening about with your brother and not resting, when I told you to. You're going to be seperated; you're going to have to face that. It's not Skywhisker's, Oaktail's Burrpelt's, Oakpaw's, or Featherheart's fault that you ran off without telling me. I am very disappointed in you, Cedarpaw." Miraclesky's hard blue eyes zeroed in on her apprentice's face. She didn't blink, and not a trace of humor was left in them.
She expected respect from her apprentice. And a direct disobeyation (??) of her was unacceptable. She might have figured that he'd listen to her and look forward to the day ahead. Miraclesky wanted to take him to all the borders, go on his first hunt, and perhaps a battle move or two! But it was nearly sunhigh. There was no way that she could do all that. But perhaps. . . Just perhaps she could teach him how to gather moss! The most boring thing ever- but it would do him good. He wouldn't be able to do the fun things the rest of the apprentices were doing because he disobeyed her. But he'd also be learning how to control his claws and his motions. Miraclesky pushed the thoughts to the back of her head, and kept her hard eyes locked on Caderpaw, towering over him. Her ginger neck fur bristled in anger, a frown permanently on her face.

He padded out of the shadow hm, I saw Barkwind running away not too long ago. Maybe I should find her He nodded and padded out of camp. He followed her scent, and could also tell Cinderstreak was in the same direction as her. He frowned, and curiosity got the best of him as he padded onwards. He stalked silently into a bush and poked his head out, to see Barkwind and Cinderstreak. He smiled as he padded out of the bush. "Oh hey, I was wondering where you were Barkwind, you ran out of camp in such a hurry, I though a whole clan of foxes were after you!"

apprentice has been misbehaving." He twitched his tail to
Cedarpaw. His muscles rippled as he moved across. He twitched
his tail to Sullenpaw. "Enjoying the ride?" Firestorm purred
in amusement. Though he was getting tired, he dared not show
it.
