Nikolai sat up in his bed, after trying to get some sleep, he was interrupted by a ruckus from outside. Yawning, he swung his legs over the side of the bed and got to his feet, moving to the window and opening it. He looked down at the crowd of angry people carrying guns torches, pitchforks, and other Frankenstein referencing objects. He sighed and shouted as loud as he could so they could all hear him, "Hey! Keep it down! I'm trying to get some sleep!" The crowd just below him fell silent for a moment before a bullet whizzed past his head and more shouting started. Nik sighed and closed the window, moving to the nearby closet to grab his tie. He quickly got himself ready to leave and shut the lights off on his way out. Sighing, he entered the hallway and noticed a few armed people a few feet away from him. He waved to them and they simply stared as he walked past them, heading for Anya's room. One of them snapped out of his stupor and put a hand on Nik's shoulder, stopping him and talking at him in Spanish. Nik turned around and blinked for a moment before saying, "I'm not terribly sure what you're trying to say to me, but I think I get the gist of it." Nik smiled and snapped his fingers, the two armed men immediately sank into their shadows and Nik spun around heading to Anya's room.
When he reached Anya's room, he knocked lightly and said, just loud enough for her to hear him, "Anya, I think we've worn out our welcome... There were people with guns in the hallway... Should we get going now?" Nik sighed and waited for Anya to answer the door, glancing down either end of the hallway, looking for any more armed angry people who may have had a problem with him.

Amara looked at Lucien and frowned. "The others are in trouble but about time we get there...it will be too late" she said to the rest of the group. There was nothing she could do as of now and where she was at. She looked around it seemed peaceful on this forfront but who could be for certain. "I think it's best we get back to town and to an airport...clearly this fighting will continue for a while" she said to nobody really.
Aeon looked at Cecilia and nodded as she grabbed her blonde boyfriend. She began to run with the others as she saw Cecilia seemed a little strained. Aeon would erect a barrier too but she didn't know who Cecilia would feel about her doing that so she decided that she would ask. "Cecilia, if you are getting tired, I can form a barrier....not a gravitational one...but something that can keep the bullets out" she said offereing the saphire shaded girl.

Cecilia heard Aeon's words. While the Sapphire Owl was thankful for the young woman's concern, her stubbornness kept her from accepting. Cecilia shook her head and smiled wearily at Moli's girlfriend. "I'll be all right," she said. She didn't want the others to get the idea in their head that she was a weakling who couldn't handle something as simple as a shield. She would be able to keep it up long enough for them to escape to safety and she could regain that energy through rest. How would it make her look if she couldn't keep a shield up for a short amount of time? Despite the fact that Cecilia kept a cheerful disposition, she viewed herself as some-what weak. She wanted to prove just the opposite to everyone. She wanted to prove that she was capable of being useful and not just someone who was along for the ride.

((Kojiro--FTP)) Kojiro sniffled slightly as he held Serena,"...No...I'm not crying anymore...." he mumbled, he looked at her with a surprised stare as she told him to smile, tears still lined his cheeks but there was a slightly red tinge, both from him crying before but as well as the light feeling of comfort he had at that moment, he smiled and let out a stifled giggle as he wiped his face, he had not been this relived in a while, and smiling had come easy for him. Which has not happened for a while. Kojiro looked up to see the Hearald standing before him, his smile faded quickly as his distrust for other began to show once more. As The Electromagnetisim Owl spoke to him, he felt as though he was being manipulated, he had words like that before and he was not about to make that mistake yet. He simply gave him an indifferent stare as Raven entered the room as well, slightly feeling more secure. Kojiro nodded to Raven as he lightly put his hand on Serena's , which was resting on his shoulder, gesturing her good intentions, and in reality something he did not do often. Kojiro was about to respond as Serena began speaking for him, he silently waited for the Hearald's response, since it was the gist of what he was going to ask regardless. As he listened to the Hearald's proposal, Kojiro could not help but feel surprised as the Hearald used his nickname so casually, in any case Kojiro looked at Raven and Serena, Kojiro did not follow the Hearald, his loyalty lied with Raven and the rest of the Fallen Phoenix, he would only act on her go ahead.
((Naoki--Other)) Naoki groaned as she got up off the Owl, She looked around as some of the parcels weren't salvageable, "Oooooh! This isn't fair!" she dusted herself off as she looked at the items, some of them were still good, and the sake was undamaged to her personal relief. She shot a glare at the Owl before she corssed her arms, "Baka! I gave you a warning! You should be more alert!" she whined, paying little attention to the rather frantic Genya, she bent down to pick up the Sake to examine the container," Anyone with quicker senses would have moved...but I guess It can't be helped..." he explained hopelessly.

((TFP---Raven))
Raven smiled as she listened to Timothy speak, she couldn’t help but chuckle lightly as the Herald stated that he felt Soliel and Lorna did not like him. “Do you find it so hard it make friends? Well, it really does not matter what they think of you, as long as you can work together without trying to kill each other I am happy. ” The French woman remained silent as Tim went on the further explain his reason behind needing Kojiro’s assistance. If Tim was going to use Kojiro’s powers on the plane that Raven could probably understand what it was the Herald was going to achieve. “I see…” She pondered for a moment longer before looking at Koji. “What do you think, Kojiro? Do you think you can help this guy out?” She smiled encouragingly “It will be also helping our team out in the long run. The quicker and more secure we make the plane, the better our chances. ” She looked at the three before her and nodded “I give my approval. Although, Kojiro is the one who has the final say. Should he refuse to help…then it is his choice. I am sure you can understand that, Herald.”
((TFP---Serena))
“You are going to use Koji to help give the plane more speed? Wait…” Serena thought it through a few times before settling on the idea that Tim was going to get Koji to alter the surface area of the plane. “I understand what you mean..” She muttered with a small nod. She liked the way the Herald was thinking. “Hmph….” The silver haired woman was close to snapping at Tim when he has said that he apparently needed Raven’s permission and hers for Kojiro to help him. “Who the hell does this guy think he is?! Oh suuuure he is a Herald. But to assume that Koji only follows what others ask of him is beyond taking the piss.” Her eyes narrowed as she glanced round at Koji, almost as though she was trying to mentally project a message. “Damn it Koji! Can you not think or act for yourself!? Come on kid spit out what you think of this whole thing! Stop standing there looking like a puppy!” She pulled a face and let out an irritated sigh. “You do not need my permission when asking Koji for help. Hell, I couldn’t care less if he helped you or not.” Serena gave Koji’s shoulder a light squeeze. “It is up to him what he wants to do, right Koji?”The vanishing Owl said basically agreeing with Raven on the matter.

Kojiro pondered on how he was going to make the aircraft fly faster, then he figured it out, he looked as Raven seemed to agree, In reality it was pretty cut and dry what his option was, He nodded at Raven and Serena,"R-right....our safety is important...we need to be as effective as possible..." Kojiro walked past them and headed towards the wall near a window, where the surface was thinnest, since he was unable to directly affect the plane from the outside, lest be thrown off by the headwind. Kojiro began to focus his power, Ice began to slowly creep along the wings of the aircraft, Kojiro was silent as he delicately allowed the ice to spread, some broke off but it quickly repaired itself and continued spreading until a light layer covered the wings, the ice began to build along the leading end of the winds, giving them a sharper much more streamlined shape, it would be important that the Pilot be focused at this point, since the plane would now react quicker and turn sharper, the ice began to creep underneath the wings and the actual aircraft, careful not to block or cover the engines, so no ice would damage them, soon the ice began to cover the entire bottom surface of the aircraft, and in a split second, the ice became polished and mirror like, reflecting any means of detection, it also would serve as a "skin" allowing him to reinforce any portion of the aircraft belly should they be attacked. The second he detected any damage to the thin layer of ice he could quickly thicken the layer to with stand small arms fire and some heavy weapons, Kojiro then focused his attention to the rest of the fins and surface of the aircraft, streamlining all the surfaces with this layers of ice, and heavier coats there the air impacted more so. Kojiro was already feeling the affects of using his power, tiring quickly, Kojiro was now intently focused on the aircraft, he hardened the surfaces that lined the wings and the nose of the aircraft, distributing the weight evenly. to prevent any complications in control. Kojiro did not looked back as he continued to work,".....Please inform the Pilot that he needs to consider the heightened sensitivity of the flight controls before steering the aircraft in any direction or adjusting its path of flight...Even the slightest movement int he controls can be registered now...." he said in a low calm voice. Kojiro looked outside, for the moment he did not need to be to worried about monitoring the defenses he placed, until they got closer to their destination. However the ice was still not dense enough to ignore, so his attention was directed to strengthening the ice on high stress areas. However despite the strain he was putting on his seldom used abilities, his body's temperature was only dropping at a slow pace, compared to the drastic drop while he was fighting, confusing him greatly.

((Other - Genya))
One of the boxes had landed on poor Genya's head, cutting off his "Ahhhhhh-------" and knocking him unconscious. The Shield Owl Benkei sighed as he listened to Naoki whine and and reached to help her pick up some of the goods. He waited silently for her to finish examining the sake bottle as he looked over at Genya and sighed again. He picked Genya up and hefted him over one of his shoulders. Even though it wasn't Ben's fault, he apologized. "Gomensai..." Really though... what was a shrine maiden doing out here in this area?
----
((UNS - Amaya))
Amaya had been fighting with the others, and she had not survived the fight unhurt. However, she was not severely injured. The masses seemed to back away as the fighting calmed down. Lucien must have been successful. The Clueless Owl smiled shyly as she lowered her lightsaber and looked toward Luca and Bailey. She had not seen Amara and Elle either yet since they had gone further in to take out the generators and...had succeeded since Amaya had felt her electricity abilities back.
----
((UNS - Will))
"F***ing useless assholes. If you're going to aim at kid Checkerboard, hit the guy and stop missing!" the Satan Owl retorted to no one in particular. Along he was not yet there, Will could see people attacking the black mass, which quite obviously held Sydney and Che's little team of rugrats. But quite soon, the shadowy darkness engulfed the attackers leaving nothing that looked like remains. A smirk quirked onto the blonde devil's face. "Mmmm.....yes. I do miss all this gory fun..." But there is actually something to be done here, and it seems you, my dear student, have failed....what, Cerbs? ... I see.... The devil remained in the air as he soared toward the black mass, keeping an eagle's eye view of the whole area.

"Friends? The only person I consider a friend died years ago at the hands...I'd rather not get into that here." The Herald replied to Raven in a fashion that was rather uncharacteristic to his usualy nature. His seriousness was toned down by the smirk he spoke through and by the chuckle he held back. True, Timothy hadn't had a real friend since his teacher, but now wasn't the time to go bringing up bad memories now that Raven and her bunch was his temporary team. After Raven spoke to Kojiro, Timothy then turned to Serena, expecting a rebuttle to the whole idea. The man knelt before both her and Koji but stared into her eyes as amiably as his rage filled fibers would allow. "Trust me." began the Herald after patting the female Owl's head. "He might not look it, but Kojiro is stronger than most of you all on this plane. Possibly even stronger that Krakatau, but like many Owls, he doesn't know it yet. This will just be exercise if anything so no need to fret Vanishing Owl. Alright?"
Moments afterward, Koji was on the outside of the plane modifying and fortifying it for both speed and defense. The process didn't take as long as the electromagnetic man had expected. Regardless, the job was done and now their speed would increase. Looking over his shoulder to the cockpit where Soliel was, he was sure that he heard Kojiro and could feel the difference in the plane's weight and manuverability. "Never heard of a stealth cargo plane before...I do believe Koji has invented type of aircraft. Anyway, I think an applause is in order. Don't you Raven?"
~~~
"Oh my god if I had my deck, this b***h would be so dead...." Che lamented as Cecilia and the rest bolted down the stairs away from Rage. The Herald was furiously tearing the upper leves away with just residual energy, or energy that was just being let off without notice. It only echoed her true strength. Che's running away from her was also a sign of that. The main areas were becoming visible as the stairwell began to reach it's end at the ground floor. Gunshots and a managerie of powers were being used. There was a nice little skirmish going on between rebels and UNS soldiers now. Che only nodded in dissatisfaction for once Rage came, they'd all realize how stupid fighting against each other was in the first place. "I don't know if we'll be able to avoid this. Damn it, who are we missing now?! Roulin's plan won't mean anything if we can find everyone!"
((TFP---Raven))
Raven raised an eyebrow as Timothy spoke in a way that seemed to not fit his character. She reframed from saying anything else on the matter. After all, it was his choice to share or to hold back. Whatever; now was not a time for stories from Tim’s past. But still, she was rather curious about why he had said what he had said in response and found herself asking; “You don’t class the other Heralds as friends? Or are they more like family?” The blonde female waved a hand and looked away. “You don’t have to answer that...Besides, now is not the time either.” Instead of lingering on the Heralds words Raven turned her attention to Kojiro and smiled thankfully at the Owl’s willingness to help. “Thank you Koji.” She muttered while patting his head as he passed by to begin work on the plane. She overlooked the little exchanged of words that Tim and Serena had shared and simply took a seat and stared out of a window while she watched as Koji worked.
“An applause? Oh…right.” Raven muttered as she was brought away from her daydream. She had merely been thinking over a few past events and mistakes. “Of course” She added while she stood up from her seat relieved for the disruption and excuse not to think on things that were best left alone. Raven smiled somewhat as she began clapping. It was weird how strange she felt as she clapped…how long had it been since she last done such an action? “Good work Kojiro. You have done a superb job” She prompted with a light laugh. “Maybe you should name the aircraft.” It was nice to be like this from time to time…Despite the recent fighting and deaths, things were still on the up. But, Raven knew there was another fight just around the corner and she was looking forward to it…
((TFP---Serena))
Serena eyed the Herald wearily as he knelt before herself and Koji. She felt the nerve in her eye twitch in annoyance when he patted her on the head like she was some child or bunny pet. That action alone was enough to remind her of her boss. Patting was something he seemed to enjoy or he simply knew it pissed Serena off. “……” Anger boiled deep inside her stomach as she found herself repeating the words. “Head-butt him go on just do it! One quick crack could see his noes shattered.” Years of working for numerous people doing numerous jobs had taught Serena to bite back and reframe from acting on impulse. So, she simply stared straight on back at Timothy and listened to his little speech about power. “Hm? Nothing is ever what it seems, right?” She narrowed her eyes and smirked before speaking once more “Oh, and do reframe from patting my head in the future. I find that particular action unneeded and annoying. Do it again and I may end up breaking your hand.” Well, so much for biting back and keeping her anger in check. “Apart from that I found your words to be….enlightening.” When Koji left to modify the plane, Serena slipped away to sit further away from the rest of the group. She let out a low sigh and took a seat. “Hmph….I should have head-butted him” She laughed to herself and shook her head. “As if I could stand a chance against him, he would see me fried” She paused and tapped her phone lightly “Heh…fried… reminds me of someone else.”
Lorna was taken aback by what Kojiro had done. Lorna didn't think of herself as unintelligent, but science had never been her strong suit. Everything about it was too complicated for her tastes. The Polaris Owl pulled her emerald hair back into a ponytail, tucking a few loose strands behind her ears. She glanced at Soliel assuming that he had heard what Kojiro was saying since it was quite possible to hear everything that was being said from where they were sitting. Lorna adjusted the controls on her side before sitting back and turning her head to smile in a praising manner at Kojiro. It was the best he could expect from her as she was not one for applauding. Everything appeared to be going their way for now. Lorna hoped that it would last. The Emerald beauty removed the rings from her fingers allowing them to melt and reshape themselves into weapons she thought would be useful for the upcoming battles they would most likely have to face. Lorna preferred to use a mixture of throwing weapons and melee weapons depending on the situation. Some of her enemies would rely on speed to get them through battles, so quite a few of her weapons and attacks needed to be close ranged so that she would have a better chance of getting a hit in while others relied on brute strength and therefore forced her to attack from a distance in order to prevent herself from being struck. Then there were enemies who could nullify her abilities depending on what mutations they had. She would have to rely on her speed for that. Once Lorna had her weapons chosen, they were morphed back into their original pieces of jewelry and Lorna used her abilities over metal to slip them back onto her fingers.
Since their escape from that UNS officer, Anya had basically shut herself in her hotel room. She hadn't been able to get any sleep either as she had been thinking constantly about what that old guy had said to her. Well, it had been more like he had been talking about her as the man's attention had been focused a little bit on Nik when they were fighting. Was that man really her father? It was hard to believe, given that her mother had always told her as a child that her father was dead. Well, that was before Anya had lost control of her powers and killed her mother and all of Old Berlin. Granted, now she thought everything her mother had told her was a lie since then. But still, Anya had always thought that her father was deceased. It was a rather confusing, frustrating, and disturbing thought to her: her father was in fact alive and was a high ranking officer in the UNS. And, tacked onto all of that, her father wanted to kill her. Was this the reason that Owen had told her that he wouldn't tell her who had ordered him to try to kill her a year ago? Most likely Owen did not want her to know that her own father wanted her dead.
Sure, the old UNS man did have a point. Perhaps she was better off not being alive given what her OWL abilities were capable of. However, Anya did want to know more; more about her father and why exactly he wanted her dead in the first place. Yeah, she had obliterated the entire population of a German city, but shouldn't a father be more forgiving towards his own child? The more Anya thought about this the more it frustrated and troubled her. She didn't quite know if worried was the correct word for her emotions just now though, but Anya was sure there was another word for how she was feeling at this point in time.
At one point, she just got so fed up with her train of thought that she turned over on her side on the bed and tried to get some rest. However, that was extremely difficult given the fact that her mind would just not relax, and the now rioting people outside in the streets. Scowling deeply, Anya sat upright on the edge of the bed and glared at the curtains which were drawn shut across the window, where, outside the people were fighting three stories down on the ground. "Goddammit!" she growled just before hearing the knocking at her door and Nik's voice asking if they should get going now.
Sighing in exasperation at having to decide everything when traveling with Nikolai, Anya stood up from the bed and went to the door to open it for Nik so he wouldn't have to talk through the wood panel that was the door. "I don't know, Nik. Can't you make your own decisions once in a while?" Anya replied with mild sarcasm. But before Nik could give any sort of answer to that, Anya continued. "No duh we should probably get going if there's people with guns running around, even though we can both hold our own in a fight if need be."
Timothy's gaze switched to Kojiro once more after Raven displayed her gratitude with an applause. The Herald knew what needed to be done with thie bunch of reject Owls, but it would take time and possibly a million more forced grins from him. Deeply though, he respected this bunch for their efforts, but at the same time, he couldn't help but be baffled by their methods of work. "I'll do well to remember not to pat your head then Serena." replied the Herald amiably. Like Soliel and Lorna, Serena, Timothy could easily see, didn't enjoy his company much less him even drawing breath. As long as he would be protecting The Oracle, then that would have to change whether it was by his own efforts or by a change of heart from her. A nod to Raven followed Timothy's shift in position. "Trust me Oracle," the electromagnetic Herald started while retreating to the only door inside of the cargo plane, "That's not something I wish to share with you at this juncture. And yes, this is Koji's plane now. Him naming it will concretize the effort." The first step to getting these people to see that both he and the Heralds were actually with them for now and not against them was to befriend their leader or just to get her to acknowledge some kind of partnership. The Herald gave the lot of them a single glance of hopefulness before quietly leaning against the jamb of the cockpit door.
Kojiro did the finishing touches on the plane's exterior, focusing eveything onto avoiding any mistakes, he felt somewaht caught offguard as they began talking about his actions for the aircraft, he was glad he was able to help in any way possilbe, he felt somewhat flustered as they thanked him for his help, when Raven suggested him naming the aircraft, he smiled lightly as the creative thoughts came to mind, but then the Hearald said something that made him stop. Kojiro finlly finished and leaned against the wall, exhausted. He looked up slightly shaking his head,"...No....this isn't mine...I simply made a few changes..." Since there were still shock waves as this aircraft landed so Kojiro narrowed it down quickly as he calculated in his mind,"....Actually....This is Lorna's aircraft...she made it available to us.....I'm sure she can come up with a very good name...and I will agree with it regardless", realizing he did not even name the kitten yet. Kojiro leaned his head on the wall as he tried to regain some energy.
Naoki looked as the Owl seemed to pay little mind to her rather aggressive behavior, as he got up and apologized. He noticed that the frantic one was knocked out somehow during the accident. She looked at the Larger Owl calmly now and eyed him for a second,"...Its alright....you don't have to apologize..." not directly admitting she may have been at fault to a degree. She looked at him and then sighed,"...What are you two doing around here anyway?" she asked bluntly.
((TFP---Raven))
Raven studied Timothy for a moment while he spoke. He did not seem as bad as she had first thought. Their working together seemed to be more possible each time they actually spoke or shared ideas. Still she would remain on her toes around him. Raven smirked and turned to stare out of the window when Tim had finished speaking. “And it is not something I am so interested in. Your business is your own to share at your whim.” She leaned her head on one open palm and inhaled a deep breath of air. She had been a bit interested. But, she was not one to linger on subjects that would be deemed useless or unnecessary. “Then how about you and Lorna work together to come up with a name for the plane?” Raven spoke as she stood up and walked over towards Koji. She placed a hand on the boys head and smiled at him. “You have done really well, Koji. Now get some rest. You need it.” She said as she gave his hair a small ruffle. As Raven stepped away from the Frozen Owl, for a split second she almost expected Nat to be running to the boys’ side with words of praise. Memories can be cruel. “Never again…” Her icy blue eyes narrowed in frustration. Their lack of organisation had seen the loss of two members. She had come to that conclusion on the same day she had seen the bodies of those who had fallen. “Such is war” She muttered in a small breath. Raven took her seat once again and crossed one leg over the other. It was stupid little thoughts like that that knocked her of guard. It was annoying to think that she was still in sync with certain emotions...ones that she could do without. Nevertheless, Raven was determined to wipe out those who had caused her so much misery.
