tam chuckles... i kind of went overboard.. he says rolling his eyes... how about tomorrow? and might i ask... do ye know of anyone wanting to sell or rent lodgings... kero and i have decided to set down roots in the region, at least for the winter.....

how big was the house, kiddo... we certainly don't need anything too large and some of the houses in this town are way beyond our means... to keep clean that is... he adds with a grin....

tam nods thoughtfully... and the plumbing... i'm a stickler about the plumbing... i don't mind heating up the bath water... but i must have a water closet at least...

Um...I looked at it today...it's not very expensive...10 silver a month...we make that in a week, playing...and I can mine for metals to help cover it as well....

well, says the farmer scratching his head... iffin ye stay in town, ye'll need to stable that horse and pony ye bought... i could keep them both on for say a silver a month... iffin ye let me use the animals when necessary about the farm... won't hurt them to get a bit of exercise now and then... and iffin the weather's bad, yer not going to be trekking all the way out to my place on a daily basis....

I've never owned a horse before, though i have helped take care of them on the road.... and a town is not exactly a place to keep them... still... i want you to learn how to care for them as well before we leave in the spring, so mayhaps we can take several trips out to master jameson's place each week so ye can learn the basics and learn how to ride... how does that sound to ye, sirra... asks tam with a nod to the farmer....

in her hands is a small cake festooned with four candles and decorated with icing flowers, small cats, and kero's name...
master talesian.. have ye seen the cat... someone told me he was out here... i made this especially for him.. all younglings should have a cake once in their lifetimes....
