Pride shook his head, "No, but close.Besides, Soul bit." he scowled at the black-haired boy playing tic-tac-toe with him. The boy glanced at Kayden, "What about you? Did you stay in-check?" he chuckled, repeating the question he had gotten earlier.

"..." Kayden was at a loss for words as his face went serious. He didn't expect the question to sting him back. "He bit you?" He asked, pathetically attempting to change the subject.

Kayden decided not to press him further on the subject. Pride didn't ask anymore question about their evening, it would be wrong to do the same to them. "So, anything else new?"

Pride glanced at Kayden and Envy, "What about you guys?"

Kayden didn't answered, but looked at Envy as if asking her for permission to talk about their night. "Not much." He answered, though his face said otherwise.
