Your dragon took extensive damage to one of their wingsails, which dropped you out of the fight early. You're temporarily grounded until the wingsail heals, which could take anywhere from 3 sevendays to 3 months. This means no flying until you're given clearance from the dragonhealers. Tough luck, but at least the damage isn't permanent. We hope.

40: One of your wingmates caught you in his or her flame. Your poor dragon is now suffering an extra crispy part of their body, and you're not necessarily happy with them. Your wingmate is pretty sure you were the one flying in their airspace, but regardless who is right (or wrong) you've got a sore and distressed dragon to tend... and to ensure he or she isn't going to suffer phosphorous poisoning, which can well be deadly. [Here's looking at you, Lytol.]

You flew brilliantly! Everything just seemed to work. You took no damage and came out without a scratch. You were on point! You even managed to get a few of your wingmates out of close calls and warn them of trouble. Be proud! You flew well. Now you can only hope your superiors saw or heard of such glory. Just don't get too much of an ego.

56-58: Your dragon took a nasty score on his hip and thigh. It's an ugly enough wound that the poor thing is going to be in quite a bit of pain for the next sevenday as the skin regrows. It'll need daily tending, and you'll need to remind them not to tear it open.

It was a spectacular move, one you're sure the Harper's will want to record and sing about for the ages. It was a risky move but it was a life worth saving. You and your dragon were on-point and deserve all the praise. OOCly, you absolutely can talk to your wingmates about seeing if anyone wanted an epic save.

99: You made it out alive. Sure, you had to be dunked into a tank of water, as living thread pieces were found eating away at your shoulder and back, but somehow you manage to survive. You're now down a wherhide jacket, but that can be replaced; your back now has a nasty few scars, but you didn't wind up getting eaten alive, and that's all that matters. You'll need a sevenday or more for your back to heal, but you won't be gone long!
