It's getting better... things have been a lot less hectic now that I keep it in one place rather than dropping it all the time.

Mine came with no strap. T-T
Add to the fact that a) my sisters use it and b) they've managed to erase my saved data (that's why I keep changing so much - even when I have backups) and it's hard to change.
I'm serious this time; the only way my sisters will screw me up is if they delete both backups of my saves on my computer and erase my game.
