The first shounen-ai anime I watched was Gravitation, and I absolutely loved it, and I still do.
I've watched it so many times that I know almost all the dialogue of the first 4 episodes!
It is still my favourite, although I have come across equally worthy yaoi since then.
And the first yaoi manga I've read was Our Kingdom, which I haven't finished yet - its' kind of hard to obtain yaoi over here, so my collection is currently quite limited.
I find it to be absolutely awesome, not only because of the story but - especially - because of the art style.

Gravitation was my first anime and manga of boys love whee heart and of couse i now own the anime and quote it everyday 3nodding

my fav yaoi couple is not from my first yaoi manga/anime they are Ritsuka & Soubi from Loveless...but I always hoped that there would be a yaoi for Sena & Shin from Eye Shield 21 they would be so perfect!!!!

My first yaoi was the HK pairing, I guess... sweatdrop The fangirls got me...
And *le gasp* my first actual Series wasn't Gravi! =O
Skyscrapers of Oz. Skipped right to the heavy stuff... xd

My first yaoi/shonen ai that I got into was La Esperanca. A friend of mine had let me read the first copy she had borrowed from her friend on the camping trip with her family. And now I'm like obsessed.

My first encounter was with Level C, after that I have only looked at pic of other cause I don't know where to see the video for gravitation and other yaoi/shouen ai.

The first anime yaoi group i ever saw would have to be Yuki and Shuichi from Gravitation. That was the first real one i ever saw. In fan pairings it was Vegeta and Goku. As far as manga goes the only one i own is one called Man's best Friend. That one is so hot!!!! Sigh.

my first shonenai pair, and the first yaoi fic i read was with the pairing KuroFai, from TRC. i remember i used to be "afraid" of this stuff...now i barely flinch if i look at naughty pictures (like this recent set added to the LJ comunity ^^;; wink
