Dr Sciurus

(I think I've seen a bit of hers, somewhere~ I'll just go back to the RP before Orrin runs into hiding forever. xD)

After hardly moving an inch for several days, the green man was finally waking. He sat up on the bed with a big yawn, trying to remember how he got there. Once the memories returned, he stretched his arm, making sure it was still working. "Oww..." The numbness had passed, and though didn't hurt as much anymore, he was still rather sore. Looking around the room, he realised that the Doctor was no longer with him. And he was hungry. So very hungry...

Dragging the blanket with him, Orrin walked slowly out of the room. He stopped for a moment outside the door, trying to remember which direction he'd gone. The hallway seemed like an endless maze to his still tired mind, and it took him a while to locate himself. Once he remembered the way, Orrin set off towards Sciurus' office, moaning as he went. Instead of knocking, he simply banged his head on the door once, before sliding down on the floor. "Dooooc...?", he moaned lazily.

{ heart }
It had been several days since there had been anything from Orrin in the bed, and despite keeping a close eye on him, despite reading as much on zombies as he could, and having Voyager yell at him several times to be patient, part of the surgeon still felt antsy and worried. Between various night time activities, non-stop surgery pages, and making himself a new coat, the doctor was glad of distractions.

Sciurus was at his desk, working with a regular sewing needle on a bundle of white cloth when something nearby thumped with a moaning. With a brow raised and cleaver ready in his belt, he cautiously opened the door, popping his head out to look around. The surgeon then spotted Orin on the floor and came to get a better look. "Orrin? Are you alright? How is everything feeling?" I probably owe him a steak... He was hungry before, and it's been days. Wouldn't be surprised if he tried to eat me again, though I'd hope not.

Dr Sciurus

The zombie was happy to see his friend again, though he actually hadn't a clue of how long he'd been out. Paying little attention to what he said, Orrin simply looked up at the Doctor with his pale puppyeyes, moaning "H-hungry..."

Sciurus nodded once, offering a hand to help his friend up. That was probably the best thing a person could hear from a zombie. "Sure thing. What kind of things do you eat? I'll do my best to find you something."

Dr Sciurus

Taking the hand, Orrin dragged himself back up on his feet, leaning onto his friend. "Anything...", he mumbled. This was sadly quite true. Though he was normally a bit picky, the hungrier he got, the less he cared. He'd found himself only realising what he'd been eating halfway through the meal plenty of times. And though he normally tried to avoid meat, he'd probably eat a live baby if one had been handed to him, at that point.

The surgeon braced himself, taking Orrin's weight as he helped heave him up. Hopefully in a good enough mood, the zombie would let him just look at his arm. "I have nice big pieces of steak, with vegetables if you like, I can also either find something in the guild somewhere or get pre-made food."

Dr Sciurus

The hungry zombie only really noticed one word being said. "F-f... foo-food...?" He began chewing on one of his hands, with a rather vacant stare.

Sciurus stared at his friend chewing on their hand, unsure how to procceed. Part of him thought to pull it out before Orrin hurt himself, but the colder, analytic part of him advised against it, given the idea of putting one's hand near a hungry zombie's mouth. "Um... Right then... Steak it is, I suppose. If you want, you can come sit on the couch inside and I'll just be in the kitchen putting things together." The surgeon put an arm over his shoulder, ready to help the other man if he needed it.

Dr Sciurus

Orrin kept nibbling on his own fingers, and not until he felt an arm on his shoulder did he look up. "Hmm...?" Did he mention a couch? That sounded like a pretty good idea. With a nod, the green man went on inside, with the help of the Doctor. Dragging the blanket with him, he collapsed onto the couch rather dramatically. With an absent mind, and fingers in his mouth, he laid tangled into the blanket in a somewhat odd fashion. It probably didn't look too comfortable, but he was far too lazy to move.

Sciurus surveyed the zombie plopped on his couch. Fortunately the coffee table had been moved away from it yesterday and was relatively clear. "I'll be in the kitchen finding you something. Anything to drink? Yell if you need any help. Should you have need of one, the bathroom is down this little hall, only door on the right." He waited a moment before heading for the door by the tv.

The living room was sparse, but homey, with the couch & table were a few plants around and a tv. Photographs dotted the walls, some of Voyager, some of the doctor, and some including a woman in a lab coat and glasses. There was a smaller table in one of the corners, cluttered with candles, pictures, and other things with a cushion before it. Towards one end of the room was what looked like the entrance of a cave sticking through the wall. Rough stone floor sloped down into an earthy darkness. At the other end were the door to the kitchen and a hallway, leading off to the bathroom & bedrooms.

Dr Sciurus

The only response the Doctor got was a muffled mumble, as he kept nomming on his hand. But after a while, he looked up, snapping out of it. His friend was already gone, but the door was left open. I should help him..., Orrin thought, and set off towards the living room.

Well through the door, something caught his attention. Though he could hear Sciurus clearly in the kitchen, he went the other way. Cave? How can there be a cave...? Stumbling into the vast darkness, he walked without aim. Though there was something slightly unnerving about the place, it still felt rather cozy. Orrin sat right down on the ground, blindly looking about while his eyes adjusted to the dark. Though, he could have sworn that... No. There could hardly be anyone out there, could there?

{Cant get to the room because Avast is running something, Couldn't get a spellcheck either, so my Apologies. Hopefully this works normally so I don't have to skin Avast because he won't let me copy anything. (I'm impressed they added a browser, but no youtube either ;3; Least it's halfway done.)}

Sciurus was busy in the kitchen. While he was no Iron Chef by any means, two big steaks were well on their way on the stove with Mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and even some pasta. The doctor wasn't sure how well anything would come out, but hopefully Orrin would have a big enough appetite. The surgeon exited the kitchen to check on his freind and stopped dead, staring at the empty couch. "s**t..." It's alright, he might have just went to the bathroom- you DID point it out to him. Do zombies even need a bathroom? Well, if they need to eat, why not? Besides, Orrin might have just forgotten something in the other rooms, and he could take care of himsef... Well... He had done fine before they met right? Still, the thought of a hungry zombie wandering around didn't bode well. With any luck there wouldn't be people about and the smell of food would lure him back.

The tunnel extended a few feet underground before branching out. Being brown and tan, Voyager had limited earth/stone abilities, and had used them build his little undeground kingdom. The tunnels stretched to various places around part of the guild area, sometimes attaching to the surface in places. The Plymouth himself was in one of the branches, a group of stones huddled before him. Occasionally he would mutter to them as he looked and prodded them over. He would also testify that they answered back, whether others could hear it or not. One of them whispered to him now, speaking of the tunnels.
