[it was creepy stare whatever.... well the show must go on smile ]
walks out of the shop into a battle between riaz and the stranger who looked a little stiff but moved with speed and persision.
looking over noticed an accessory shop and the sign claimed that the place sold weapons. dashing into the shop she looked around for something suitable. seeing the staffs she looked them over while mubbling a greeting to the shop keeper.
"i'm buying this one." phasing my hand though the glass and grabbed it hauling it though the glass.
"is something wrong? and it's 100 munnies" said a gruff voice.
managing to give him the money with one hand i told him what was going on outside. he was an older rugged man with a well musceled body. it looked like he once used a few weapons when he was younger.
rena slinked back out into the courtyard and found a decent place to hide in the shadows and gripped her new Mage Staff tightly.

 "Scanning.....interpreting......inheriting" Spoke Caesar's computer. He looked underneath himself seeing a quick sand sort of thing engulfing him. Caesar, however, was an android, thus he did not fear or resist. "Initiate tornado flight." Suddenly came spinning out of the hole was Caesar Spinning violently fast with a scythe, enough to rip through the energy. He was in mid air. With a lot of force he landed and stomped with his feet, causing the ground underneath his opponent to shatter. This was the opponent's power without the energy. It made a hole underneath Rias. Caesar, however, was expecting easy resistance of this move from his opponent.

Rias eyed the way the stranger cut thru her energy.She noticed such unfocused power was useless in this situation.She merely teleported to avoid falling thru the hole appearing a few steps to the left.She was defiantly ticked off and dead set on fighting.Her cheerful demeanor change into a cold emotionless face.Her voice deepens and her eyes flash." I'd pray to your creator if I were you." She lets loose a devastating shockwave of destructive energy .

rena shifted position trying to find stable ground. she idlely wondered who was going to clean up the mess that this fight would generate.

Caesar was pushed back a feet but thanks to his android interior, he had no damages. Caesar put his weapon away, since he realized Rias does not own any. "Attack scanned" Spoke Caesar's computer. Caesar's hand began to glow with a blue color as he shot a shockwave of electricity of his own, inherited a moment ago. It seems Caesar was not in a rush to finish this anymore, because he was gaining new powers as their fight progressed.

Rias merely held up her hand and countered it with a wave of disruption that canceled out his wave.She knew there were far to many people around for her to unleash her power.She'd have to get in close and channel it into her opponents being.She rushed at him he body creating constant after images every time she moved.

Caesar was locked on to his opponent, therefore he was able to locate her presence every time she moved. Caesar went back to his non-fighting position, and allowed her to reach him.

Rias waited till the last second to teleport behind Caesar and aim a kick at his back channeling her power into his back causing some of his clothing to deteriorate

Caesar fell forward onto his face. "deactivate hologram" Suddenly the Caesar on the floor had disappeared. It was a mere hologram Caesar created the final moment, while he went underground. He jumped above the ground next to Rias and hit her on her shoulder, causing temporary disability of her left arm. He grabbed her from her face and lifted her off the ground. "activate electricity shock, one Terawatt......two Terawatts.......four terawatts." The amount of electricity Rias was being shocked with was being doubled every two seconds, and he was using the amount used to power up planets, knowing this girl was not human, therefore more than mere watts, gigawatts and kilowatts was required. Caesar then grabbed her non-disabled hand and absorbed her power for his own use. After complete, "deactivating shock sequence" Caesar threw the girl aside, and aimed his hand at her. He was going to end her existence with her own power until, "Intruder alert! Intruder alert! Headquarters compromised!" warned Caesar's computer. Caesar looked at the girl, seeing he will not be able to finish this. He used his high jump ability to jump back into his plane, and flew away to his headquarters outside of traverse town, leaving the girl alive.

[ i think it's a little unfair that he remained completely undamaged this whole time ]
rena watched the stranger depart and moved over by Riaz. using a potion she helped Riaz to her feet.

[hehe absorbing the power of destruction into a mechanical body will surely cause more problems to his innar workings.Id never kill your character but if he doesn't get that power out his body will slowly dissolve cause that's how the power works]
Rias:"I'm not letting that thing get away with this.Next time I won't hold back and Rena what were you doing this whole time? I didn't see you step in to help or is that staff just for looks?"

Rias:" He just attacked out of the blue.All I did was ask his name." Shakes her hand letting it regenerate."We need to be ready for another attack....he absorbed some of my power and I can't let him get away and abuse it.Ughhh this days gunna be such a headache.

rena was the picture of calm.
"i would love to fallow him, but i can't fly right now and you might not be able to either. i suppose that if both of us attack him we would have a better chance."
rena sighed "so where do we go from here?"
