Zelda said, forcing to look into his eyes, she noticed his face suddenly soften when he stared into her eyes. What had made him suddenly stop scowling? She sighed, "Look, please let me go?" She asked, starting to calm down, which was strange, she wouldn't usually calm down so easily. Besides, why calm down when he had kidnapped her? Maybe it was the look he just gave her. It didn't look like he wanted her just for his own gain. It was more... softer, and different. She usually got kidnapped for someone else's gain, but it looked like Duo was different. She could, at least try to be nicer.

Duo pulled away taking his hands off her. However, he let the chins remain. What was he thinking? He could ot get attached to anyone... It was a weakness. "Perhaps bringing you here was the wrong idea. I should be taking you back to my master..." He lifted his hand, getting ready to transport them. However when he looked at those blue eyes again, he hesitated. Damn it... what is wrong with me? Having fun is one thing.. but this is getting... different? ugh... Duo closed his eyes.

Zant smiled darkly,"Wars, eh? I love war it is the ultimate example of survival of the fittest." He took a sip of the wine looking into Cielene's pretty eyes, he noticed a look of deep sorrow. His heart sank, "Did I say something wrong?" He rose from his seat and went to comfort her, "The truth of the matter is war is a part of life, you do not mourn for those lost, you honor them for bravely fighting. Live happily so that their death holds meaning." he whispered gently while softly patting her back. He stood " You'll have to excuse me I have some business to attend to." He bowed and went off to his office. Picking up his mirror he said,"Duo.", Duo's image shimmered onto the surface of the mirror as did that of Zelda. Zant could hear the vile thoughts running through duo's mind, "Don't even think for a second of not bringing the girl to me! You can 'have' her if you want, but when you finish come hell or high water you had better deliver Zelda to me or else!"
The riding had been smooth until Epona had spied her favorite grass and stopped short to munch away. Link did not have to heart to urge her forward, she had been locked up in that barn for so long..He hopped down and patted her, "Enjoy your meal." he said softly. Then he began to run the rest of the way to the light spirit's temple. He saw Jesse in the distance and waved, "Hey!" he yelled. He noticed that Jesse was alone, and as he approached the Moon Prince he noticed that he wore a panicked look. "What happened? Where is Zelda?!" Link asked as he looked about for the princess.
((Ok, sorry for not posting in a while a lot of stuff has been going on irl...))

Zelda sensed a dark voice in Duo's mind. "You are working for Zant!" She growled, she struggled against the chains. If Zant had her, he could probably take control of her kingdom with one swipe! She pulled feeling the chains loosen when Duo was distracted. She used every ounce of strength she had to pull them apart. She placed her arms in a sort of cross, the triforce on her hand lighting up blindingly and she transformed into Shiek. She slipped her thin feet out of the chains and flipped backwards. She might have a better chance with escape if she was in this form. She remembered Duo's expression before. Did she want to leave him... she shook her head, of course she did! He kidnapped her! And almost... she didn't want to think about it.

Cielene felt shivers go down her spine when Zant spoke so close to her ear. It made her feel helpless just by hearing the raspy sound of his voice. However he was gone in an instant, along with the feeling he was giving her. It seemed that their food dishes were gone also. She got up from the table she sat at and explored around the room. She discovered a comfortable bathroom and smiled. About twenty minutes later she emerged from the bathroom refreshed after a nice hot bath. She peeked out of the dorrway, making sure Zant was no where to be seen, then zoomed across the floor to the dresser where she discoved some of her belongs from her home. She grabbed a deep blue dress and pulled it over over head. After she was decent, she sighed relieved Zant had not been watching her. She then took the towel from her hair. It cascaded down her back freely. It was longer when it wasn't in her normal hairstyle. She brushed the long wavy hair that went to her knees almost.
Duo winced as he heard Zant's voice. Now that I have your permission, I shall proceed. Now why don't you spend time with your prize and give me some privacy... Let's just say, things might ugly. Duo then looked back at Zelda, then suddenly transformed.I shall bring her to you when I am finished with my toying. He cut off their connection and stared at her. "Uh... listen... I can explain. Just calm down and don't do any thing stupid.. like escape. You do not know what is outside this castle... You don't even know where you are!" There was a flash of light then Duo appeared out of the shadows behind her and pulled her um up behind her back and grasped the other. "Listen... I don't wish to... hurt you...but if you resist, I shall have no choice...."
Jesse met Link half way in his desperation. "I am not sure... I think.. something.. could have happened to her..." He placed his hands on his knees. In any case, he couldn't have protected her anyway... Duo had stolen his weapons...

Sheik felt her hand behind her back. He was gripping her hand with the other. "I'm stronger in this form... don't take me for another WEAKLING PRINCESS!" She shouted, moving so she could spin around, taking him and spinning around again to flip him over her shoulder with incredible force. She quickly pulled out her steel nails, holding them in between each finger. She got ready to throw it at Duo if he dared to move. "I'll spare your life, if you take me back..." She growled under her muffler.

Zant was enjoying the scene immensely. " Are you really going to let that weakling princess knock you around?" he jested at Duo. Yet he was hoping that Duo could prevent the princess from escaping, and hurry up in bringing her to him so that his plot could move forward. In the midst of thinking about all of this an image of Cielene popped into his head. She was wearing a gorgeous blue dress that accented her eyes, and her long hair was flowing freely down past her shoulders all the way to her knees. The image took his breathe away, he had never seen a more captivating woman in his life. A loud noise from the mirror brought him out of his thoughts, "Duo! Stop messing around and bring me the d*** princess!" He roared more out of anger that the image of Cielene had affected him in such a way than Duo's incompetence.
"What do you mean something COULD have happened to her? How could you not know?" There was no response, Jesse was just staring at the ground muttering inaudibly to himself. Link placed his hands on the prince's shoulders and gave him a good shake, "Look, now is not the time to dawdle, tell me all that you know!"

Duo cursed hearing Zant's orders. Fine! so much for me having fun! make sure you ikeep an eye on YOUR princess! Last time I looked, she almost hopped off the balcony when you left her alone! Duo smiled at Sheik. "Sweetling... you keep forgetting... I am a master of Shadows. I gave you chance..." Duo sunk into the floor his body disappearing. However, his voice echoed in the room. "Where am I? Perhaps behind you?" There was a wisp of wind behind Sheik's ear, then Duo's voice sounded again. "No! but wait! Perhaps I am under the rug!" Suddenly the rug ripped out from under Sheik's body sending her flying. "Hmmm.. not there either.... But can could I be... under the bed perhaps?" The bed lurched forward sending all the blankets toppling onto Shiek. "Guess not! Cause I am right here!" Duo suddenly appeared on top of Shiek, holding her down with both hands. Another chain wrapped around her feet this time along with her hands. However, it glowed a midnight blue before it stopped moving. Duo then shoved the covers away from them. His face was inches from hers. He tore the binding away from her face so he could look at her. "The chains are sealed with my magic.. Do not even TRY to break them. They will only burn you." He brushed her hair aside. "I will not use a weapon against you unless you force me. And you do not wish to do that. You may think yourself brave, but do not be a fool. I have been trained as a killer since I was five. I do not die so easily."
Jesse looked back at Link. "We were talking... then she went off.... and I saw that she was safe.. or so that is what I thought... I has being decieved... for when the illusion came to an end, I was about to hop off that bridge above us." He then glanced around. "I do not feel her here or any other magical presence... I have no clue what could have happened to her... Forgive... I have lost my princess... and now yours!" He turned away from Link, his eyes full of sorrow at the loss of his sister, the Moon Princess.
Cielene combed her with the brush she found at the vainity table. It was relaxing her slowly. She closed her eyes and started humming a slow tune. Before she even knew it, She was singing out loud. Her voice was sweet and soared on the soft notes.

Shiek stared up at Duo, feeling that she had no chance of escape. The chained burned with any slight movement, and him being on top of her sure didn't help. "May I ask... what you plan to do with me when Zant is through using me... I can read your thoughts. You said he would kill me, but is that want you want to do...?" She had a plan, but she had to distract him first before she decided to use it. She already had locked his eyes with hers, slowly and painfully moving her hands behind her back to grab something. She had one chance and one chance only. She grasped something behind her back. The thing she grasped was no larger than her hand. But she couldn't use it in this form. Her Shiek form dissipated and formed at the princess Zelda. Hopefully, Duo would take this as a sign that she was giving in.

Duo shook his head. "It does not matter. If you are to die, then why should I listen to that accursed thing in my chest? I trilled to kill it long ago... I thought I suceeded in doing that when I became part of the darkness and shadow... However these stupid human emotions still curse me!" He sat up and walked away from her. He snapped his fingers and Zelda rose into the air. She floated there for a moment. "I see you have trust issues. As do I. The shadows like to whisper in my ear... along with lost souls... and they tell me that your hands were burning. Silly girl. Your attempts are foolish. Perhaps I should just take you to Zant right now. You are becoming a nuisance." He looked back at her, his eyes emotionless. He wanted to touch her delicate face, but he stopped himself. To fall in love was foolish and dangerous. He must resist.

"You could have done so in the last past hour... but you haven't since you brought me here. You even moved to... but you didn't... Explain Duo Maxwell, master of shadows, can you even master your own heart? I doubt anyone can get rid of their emotions, and even though you stubbornly disregard it. It runs over and over in your head and I can hear it clearly... Alright, fine, I'll go with you quietly to Zant, and he can kill me, seeing as you have no care for me." Zelda said, dropping her weapons. The one she had in her hand was a empty crystal. It was actually the real distraction, her hand in a strange position, forming a circle and waves with her hand. She used Farore's wind and vanished in a green light. "You see, like you and your shadows, I have my own little blessing of the goddesses." Zelda voice came out from behind him. Quickly using Din's Fire to rid of herself of the magical chains. "I will ask you one more time, return me back to lake Hylia..." She said, but this time more calmly.
