The skirt area really bugs me. Not the green skirt but the thing underneath and the stockings. I just don't feel they match up.

you need a different hairstyle, the one you have is too much of the wrong black, otherwise good colour distribution, however it's not really my thing...

the .5 point deduction? I think you need just a little purple down by your feet somewhere to level out the colors. I LOVE your avatar btw 3nodding I've even tried making an avatar using Ruby's hat but I just couldn't get it right. sweatdrop
