Well, I work X-mus eve. Still unsure if that means I have to miss dinner or not with extended family.
X-mus day, I think my mom is cooking.... but we still arnt sure what my grandmother wants to do. Kind of running out of time folks. sweatdrop

I say you take a sick day to enjoy dinner with the family. Not sure if it's that simple, but...
As for the cooking, will you be making anything? Like adding a dessert?
