"Oh... and one thing... you really should be giving her tiny responsibilities... small chores she can handle to make her feel as though she's part of the process... She may grumble, but she really doesn't have any, other than take care of her own things. A big enough task to be true given her ability to create messes, but she needs a family related obligation. Nothing big at this age, but if you start now, it will be easier to assign more difficult things later on. Now I am definitely off to my bath. See you two tomorrow, and take care of those little ones for me, hmmm. G'nite." says the kitsune giving him another hug and doing the same for Tes.

She thinks for a bit. "Something small. This isn't your own home, so you may wish to wait until you figure out how you are going to set up your household here. The tower is yours to do with as you wish of course. And the brownies do most of the work keeping it under control, but you could ask them to not do something... like returning dishes to the kitchen when you eat upstairs and such... or taking out the trash... or picking up the family's main room. Not cleaning it, per se but putting the pillows back on the sofa and such... look around the tower a bit for a few days and pick something out. Maybe she could help Bash and Crash do something"

"Just have her drop it in the midden area behind the storehouse and stables. The workers there will sort it and dispose of it properly." says Lyssan with a smile. "If you need better directions, Bash or Crash can tell you."

Lyssan laughs and fades away, deciding to take the most direct route there to avoid any more delays.

But Nimbus has other ideas and is soon fussing, hungry and in need of a change. So the two frazzled parents fly up to Kero's apartment to take care of things.

By the time they succeed, night has truly fallen and Kero walks out onto his balcony to look at the stars. Down in LUna's room, she is fast asleep, sung to sleep by her Papa Wolf, who had tiptoed out and then reported to Kero earlier.

"She's asleep now... but you need to talk to her soon, son. She told me you don't need her around anymore... and that doesn't sound good."

And that is where he is when she wakes up the next morning, so he sees her sit up in confusion and look about for all the bodies that are usually in her bed.

"Mornin, Daddy. Whar Mama and Baby Nimbu?" she asks in confusion.
