Link practiced until his head began throbbing and his ribs ached to the point it made it difficult to breath. The thin air didn't help at all; he felt like he was slowly suffocating. Link sat on his knees with his hands on his ribs, trying to control his breathing.
Vaati warped the little girl to the castle inside his comfortable room. "Here, there is no where else to bring you anymore. You either work for the Dark Load or you perish." He explained, letting her sit on the bed.

Navi followed Niko. Suddenly, she flew in front of him. "Where are we going? I don't want to get lost..." She said a little bit worried. She didn't recognize anything.. plus they had been flying quite a while.

"Don't worry, I know how to get back." Niko answered. He eventually discovered a nice, private area where the wind was flying by in a nice beeze. He landed on the fluffy cloud to rest his wings. He's been getting tired quicker ever since his wing tore.

Navi fluttered over next to him and landed lightly. "Something wrong, Niko? You look tired. Are you feeling well?" She asked concerned.

"My wing was torn up pretty bad. Robin and Envy fixed it, but it still feels heavy when I'm flying. It makes me tired." He explained, shrugging his slender shoulders.

"No! no water!" Envy yelped and edged away from the water closer to Black. She was terrified of water, swimming in it, even bathing in it. Though she didn't mind when water came down on her like rain. Or a small waterfall over a stream. She just couldn't stand the fact that she could possibly drown in it. And the fact that she couldn't swim didn't help her case.
Opal blinked almost fearfully at Vaati when he had taken her away. Demi god's could be wounded but she doubted so could be killed by a mortal without being reborn in the heavens. She blinked at Vaati. "W-what are you going to do with me?" She asked, backing slightly away from the wind mage. He didn't make her scared, but she did fear what he was going, or was planning to do with her.

Black smiled again as he held her. "Alright, I won't put you in the water." He said with a hidden smirk on his face. "Not without me at least." He added quickly as he stood up and jumped far out into the lake. Black made sure to keep a tight grip on Envy, so she didn't drown.

Envy screamed when they touched the water and her head was under it. She struggled to get away feeling the tight grip around her when they surfaced. "No! No! Get me out! Get me out!" she begged, tears in her eyes.

Black reached forward and kissed her to make her stop shouting so much. "Calm down." He said as he let go of one kiss, then moved into another. "I'm here, so you won't drown." He added before another kiss. He wasn't going to let her drown, even if he had to let her stand on his shoulders.

Envy felt him kiss her, but even her while mind slowly calmed down, her body was not enjoying the surrounding of cold water around her. She continued to try and pull away from him. Once she managed to break from his grip she realize it wasn't such a good idea, seeing as she couldn't swim and slipped under the water.

Black's eyes widened when he saw Envy sinking. "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!" He quickly reached forward and grabbed her hand, pulling her back up above the surface of the water. "Why don't you just hang on to me for now." He suggested as he wrapped his arm around Envy again. "Just stay by me, and I won't let you drown." Black said calmly.

Envy felt her body stop struggling, but her arms clinging to Black. She kept her head on Black shoulder closing her eyes tight. Feeling like she rather be sky diving again to be still be floating around in the lake.
