You're blocking a lot of elements of your avvy. I kind of see a theme, but I'm a matching nazi so all the different colors are not sitting well. Try to take something out?

I love that it's all rainbow and pastel, but it still manages to look decidedly "evil". x3 Must be the eyes. Nice job matching.

The sharp greens, off-greens, and yellow-greens create a harsh contrast that isn't easy on the eyes. The only unifying element seems to be a large color-umbrella, and it's cluttered.
Not one of your best works, in my most humbled opinion.

Nice use of Demonic overtones with a Noir detective feeling. I like the look of the Wings and the Mask you wear. It's straight forward and well organized. I don't think I would change anything.

I'm not real big on how the mask interacts with the mane. It makes it look like it's just sort of hovering in front of your face. I'd like to see something that connects a little better.

I'm rather unfond of the colours of the dress. Again, it's a personal opinion, but it's one of those items I always find jarring.

Wow looks like a dar priest. I like just about everything you have on your avatar. I think you should add an eye modifier. But other then that it's perfect. ^_^

Much better than what you had before. Maybe could be a bit cleaner, but it's a huge improvement.

Actually the gloves are non-obtrusive. The flowers nearly cover them completely.
