I'm not really sure where you're trying to go with it, since there's no discernible theme or colour scheme. I'd suggest putting a shirt or at least a bra on your avatar, picking a direction, and picking items that work together to give you a cohesive look.

Congrats on getting the Masterpiece skin. I think you can get some different shoes to go with that. The Animal slippers have always disturbed me slightly. *Shrug*

I cannot begin to elaborate upon how much of an improvement this is upon your last avi. Normally on a piece like this I would critique the multipe shades of green, but it seems to flow very nicely. I also like the way (intentional or not) that the shape of the green flows and accentuates the curves of the body, and the symmetrical lack of symmetry is mildy poetic, if a bit broken at the bottom. I think you know that Langer doesn't entirely fit the piece, and the moonwalk isn't neccessary, but I take it you added it in for reasons other than flow, so I'll permit it, I suppose.

And it is a good cosplay, I think there is an item somewhere that has a mini Wave that could represent his power, but all in all you did a GREAT job capturing his style.

Oh wow I really like your avi !!
Even the hair ties in despite the light tone of it. Very nice.
I can't really help with the background idea, the celebrity snare stage might not be bad but then again... I wouldn't worry too much about a loosing a few sparkles, the avi holds its own already.
