I love autumn, and October is when it hits full swing around here. The smells are rich and full and the air is crisp and cool. Also, as you mentioned, Halloween biggrin

Ahh, it hasn't truly reached Autumn here yet, but I see what you mean biggrin The leaves are still hanging on in there.
I actually like the colours of Autumn more than anything else. But will try smelling later, as you make it sound so delightful ^^
The only nuisance is when it starts to become winter again...the rain starts falling but the leaves are still there and what do you get? Leaves rotting beneath your little feet as you make your way to another dreary day at school. Oh the memories.

It rarely rains here, a dry autumn is what smells so good because the scents hang in the hair.
You should come to Southern Alberta in the fall, that's the only time this place is good for anything.

Oh I wish. There would have actually been a chance of me going as well - what with half my relatives in Canada, but since Nan died, everyone's moving. So, no more Canada for Omo ^^;;
I think you probably meant "in the air" but I do find that hair does actually catch a lot of scents around it. Walk into a smoke-filled room and you come out with hair that smells like an ashtray biggrin

Cut me some slack, its 6:17 am local time, lol.
I personally love my country, just not the exact location I am in which I refer to as hicksville (or, since I'm guessing you're a Briton I guess I could say that basically this particular piece of Canada is home to a thousand and one chavs)
Anyway, tired, I think I'm wandering off to bed now.
