You're one of the only people to get everything on the first go. ; u ; Obviously, PAs still need to be made. You have until D rank to choose them, but once you take your first class, they'll be gone (there may be an exception to this though with the time skip in like...6 days).

Just a quick note: with the skills you chose, keep in mind you can put more than one point into your skills to increase your efficiency with them. With skills, as you increase their rank, you get a variety of bonuses from them, and are able to do more with them. They can be trained up to [2] ranks per body rank in character, but otherwise all ranks come from skill points. Of course, if you were looking for a Jack of all Trades, that's fine, too. =)

Just a few things to fix.

Fears: We do require having [3] listed. I think I forgot to put that on the new layout so apologies.

Stats: You are only able to move around up to [2] stat points without any sort of PA. So since you have Athlete, you get [1] Powerand [1] Agility, and remove [2] points from elsewhere. If you want a [5] Power, I would recommend using a PA to get a free point, or you can use a PA to sacrifice an additional stat point for a [+2].

Stamina: If you do end up with [5] Power, you get a bonus [15] stamina to your starting pool.

Chakra Elements: If Sharingan doesn't mention anything about having Katon as an element, I apologize. I suppose you don't have to have Katon as an element, but you'll be missing out on a good percentage of what the bloodline is going to be able to do.

Skills: 'Crafting' isn't actually a skill, but a group of skills that includes Chemistry skills (poisonmaking, bombmaking, etc) and Cooking skills (Baking, Roastry, etc), so you'll have to specify. Crafting itself is seperate from Skills entirely, though some skills do give bonuses toward crafting.

Starting Technique: You get to choose [1] non-bloodline technique up to [C] rank to start with! It doesn't count toward your slot numbers.

PAs: Not wrong, but make sure you set them in stone before you hit D rank.

Personal Attributes:
I'm assuming 'Vacant' means you just haven't chosen a PA yet, right? That's fine, just keep in mind that this has to be chosen before you take your class at D-rank. Otherwise the PA slot will be lost.

1st PA: Ok, so this is a technique, not a PA. You're welcome to submit a custom technique up to D-rank to start with instead of choosing a starting technique, but PAs cannot expend chakra. My best suggestion with this is something like this:

"Born under the Sign of the Dragon, none embody this the way that Kira does. Unlike most humans, he was born with a pair of prongs at the base of his tongue that can, when fed chakra, click together rapidly and create sparks. Because of this, he is able to use Raiton techniques without handseals, instead generating the lightning through the prongs and emitting the techniques from his mouth."

This would actually give you more mobility with your techniques, since it's not limited to the one custom technique.

2nd PA: Just some clarification with this one. You can word it however is best for you to remember it, but this PA is meant to give you a [.5] or half rank increase to physical strength of sword-based attacks. You can have a [.5] increase for free, or up to a [1] rank increase for a [.5] decrease in all other weapon categories. So basically if you use a C-rank attack, the physical damage is C+D rank (the opponent would have to use equivalent or B-rank attack to block it). This is more for my sake in clarification to keep phrasing consistent.

Chakra/Stamina Pool: So first off there's a mistake on the profile layout that I keep thinking was fixed and then it's not. The second spot where it says 'Chakra Pool' is supposed to be 'Stamina Pool', in which you would have [115] due to a [5] in your Power stat. Secondly, your actual 'Chakra Pool' should be [115], not [120].

Chakra Elements: You may choose a second element if you want, or stick with Raiton/Lightning as your only element. But if you decide to stick with one, I'd recommend using your last PA to increase the strength of your Lightning techniques. =)

Proficiency Points: You still have [2] more Proficiency Points to spend if you want. You get [2] as a base for the character, and then an additional [2] from the Paladin Archetype. And on that note...

Technique Slots: You get a Ninjutsu or Genjutsu slot for each point in the Chakra stat starting at [4] points. So you have [2] technique slots you can put under Ninjutsu or Genjutsu [or one in each]. You also get a Stage of Learning for every [2] points in the Power state starting at [4] points, so you get a bonus Stage of Learning to put in either Bukijutsu or Taijutsu. That aside, you also get [2] Stages of Learning from the Paladin Archetype.

Starting Technique: Good choice! Just keep in mind that style techniques act as a rank weaker if used outside of their associated stances. If a style doesn't have a stance it will say so in the information, but I believe that one is from Hagane no Shunkan, which does. =)
