my dad was really pissed when he found out i had yaoi. it went down like this:
i let my friend barrow some of my manga, i think it was "alone in my kings harem" and "yellow." she let her sister read it. her sister is in like 8th grade. their mom caught her reading it and demanded brittany tell her where she got it. poor birttany v_v so her mom called my dad, brought the manga over, and the next day he bitched at me hartily. it was funny though because my dad said "fagity" XD!!! now me and my friend ryan always make jokes about it in the hall.
my mom has known for the longest time and she doesn't like it, but she also knows she cant do anything about it. she's deleted all my stuff a few time v_v but now that i dont live with her, there isn't much she can do... but i still love my mommy ^_^ she also knows i'm bi, unlike my dad

My brother quite possible does, but no one in my family really knows I do. I just walk in the door, they say "Oh, got another comic book?" I say yes then go in my room and read it.
Buuut.....My dad yelled at me when he found out I was bi...

I think my mom might care, but she wouldn't say any thing unless there was smex ^^;;; cause that could be considered pornographic whis is bad >.> <.< My dad would blow up and not like me....he hates gay people, which is mean cause I tell him, " They are people too so just get over it" ( or something like that) sweatdrop But I"m NEVER EVER telling them...( I once thought I was bi (looooonnnggg story) and I told my mom and she was like " I don't think you are it's just a phase" which makes me think she wouldn't support it, but would live with it....

I'm not sure if my parents would care. Heck, I think i'm bi anyway but the don't know that. I don't tell my parents much anyway. Oh umm....how do you know if your gay or bi or whatever? I think i am but thats just becasue i have been seeing my best friend diffrently and when we got in a fight, i cryed all night long! sweatdrop Now i've been thinking what it would be like to kiss her!!!! My sisters and cousins all know that I like yaoi and shounen-ai, but they'd never tell my parents or their parents! We just all talk amongst ourselves ..
I'm pretty sure that my mom wouldn't like yaoi/shounen-ai though. She thinks that homosexuals are 'funny'. It's like when we're talking about a movie, and she goes like:
"HAHAHAHA Diana! Guess what?! They were lesbians! AHAHAHAH!" and then she continues to laugh maniacally at her joke that makes no sense. -_-" Egh. My sister thinks I'm weird 'cause I like shounen-ai/yaoi, but my cousins all read slash on fanfiction. Even my little cousin does, and she's ten! I'm corrupting my family. XD

well, my dad lives 40 miles away and desn't know while my mom doesn't really care...i told her about it of my own accord. she just asked me to keep it hidden form my nieces. what the hell, she sometiems treats me to a book at Borders, and doesn't care what it is! then again i'm nearly 20, with my PayPal and eBay and she knows not to go through my mail. 3nodding

My family is really awesome about it!! I pick the first choice from the poll, but instead of my mom reading it with me my DAD does... hes read quite a few yaoi mangas, some really hardcore ones too, but he usually skips the lemmon scenes!! xd

I dont think my mom and dad are interested.
Imean my sis and I talk about it and we're always cheering on the Gay Crowd. But mom and dad are something like: w/e. they're just are insane offspring, let them be. Haha.
