Alaci looked up when she heard something talking, she turned her head and saw an imp on a wolfs back talking about Twighlight, Alaci tilted her head so she could hear better. "So that's what happened," Alaci thought, "And I don't like that I may be a cat forever," She mewed quietly to herself. "But I wonder if Vitia was affected by this in any way," Alaci asked herself silently before looking back at the sky.

Link winced when the imp flicked his ear, and sent a warning growl at her out of annoyance. Sure, he couldn't properly talk like a human anymore, but he could understand the other animals the his passenger. He irritably looked at the sky once more. She was right; the orange sky looked like honey that had been left out in the sun too long, making it ooze into places it wasn't wanted. He sighed. Despite the ethereal tranquility of the new-found Twilight, Link decided that he would do everything he could to restore the country of Hyrule to what it once was.

(You'll never find out who Eidolon reminds me of if we never get to Zelda's tower...)
Midna looked at Link. "No growling," she chided. "Now, if any of you ever want to be human again, we'll get going! Straight ahead," she instructed Link. "Avoid the rubble. And don't fall in the gap- I'll help you there." She glanced between the dog-boy and Link, suddenly realizing why Ganondorf had charged Dog-boy. "Oooh, that's why- you two look enough alike in Twilight to be twins!" she giggled. "How cute! The only way to tell you apart is this mark..." She traced the mark on Link's forehead. "Anyway, let's go."
(Seeing as how Viktor never told Midna his name, she'll have to refer to him as Dog-boy until he's human again.)

Link could feel the tiny muscles on his forehead twitch unconsciously as the imp swirled her pointed fingers over the supposed 'mark' between his ears. He lightly shook his head, and began trotting in the direction that she had recommended. He found that with four feet instead of two, he could maneuver much easier along tight spaces and over unsteady footing. Soon enough, he came to the end of the roof they were currently on, with the nearest other roof almost fifteen feet away. He stopped, and tilted his head towards his passenger expectantly.
{{same with Midna and Link. I don't think we even learn her name until Zelda addresses her.}}

(True.)
"What?" Midna said crossly; she'd dozed off. "Oh, you want help now? All right, I suppose I can. You can't jump this on your own, but since you're in Twilight, and since I helped you, you can jump to another Twilight creature, like moi." With that she suddenly disintegrated into Twilight and reappeared on the other roof. "Jump, boy," she called.

Alaci watched them leave, "Might as well follow them, they probably know how to get out of here" Alaci thought as she slowly followed them, staying at the very back, hiding in the shadows. She paused when they hit a gap, Alaci sat down, watching them from a distance.

Link hesitated, then backed up a few steps. After a moments pause, he bounded over the edge, and just barely cleared the distance. His paws quickly found a foothold on the roof's peak, and he righted himself with a wolfish grin and a mental pat on the back before turning to wait for the others. If they intended to come as well, it was only polite to wait.

After following Midna and the Hero across the rooftops, Eidolon found only frustration when they came to a fifteen foot gap between where they were and where they needed to go. Unlike everyone else, it Eidolon did not have legs, much less the powerful hind legs needed to make such a jump. There had to be another way to get across, without piggy backing off of someone else...
Letting out a low, annoyed hiss, Eidolon slithered back and forth along the ledge, trying to think of a way to cross.

Midna watched the approaching animals with some disdain. The snake in particular seemed at a loss. "Just latch your energy on to mine," she called across the gap. "Then jump and don't think about it."

Eidolon gave an angrier, louder hiss this time around. He was a Cobra! He had no legs to jump with! Or perhaps...He just needed to think creatively. Perhaps he could just draw himself up in a sort of spring and then...No, that wouldn't work. What was that? Latching energy? Sounded like utter nonsense. And how could he not think about jumping? That was quite literally the only thing he could think about at this point.
No matter, he'd simply attempt to dart across. Wasn't as if the fall could kill him or anything, though it would be a real pain in the..Rattle.
Eidolon slithered away from the edge, appearing to give up and head back the way he came. Though once he felt he had enough distance to gain speed, he darted towards the edge and took a leap of faith. It was quite obvious that whatever parallel physics were at work in the Twilight world were working on him during this jump, for the minute he leaped across, he shot to the other side like a bullet. The experience was not relaxing, to say the least, and once on the other side he coiled up in the corner.
"Letssssss not do that again..."

Viktor remembered the boar. He wanted to say something but he knew he couldn't. Considering he was a freerunner in human form didn't mean it would work for him in twilight form...but he might as well give it a try. Sprinting forward as fast as his wolf legs could carry him Viktor jumped.

(How does Viktor know that? Midna never said Ganondorf's name aloud.)

(Not only does that tell me nothing, it proves my point. Midna says, "Oooh, that's why- you two look alike in Twilight to be twins! How cute! The only way to tell you apart is this mark..." She only thinks about Ganondorf, never says his name.)
