Evie felt her cheeks burn a little when Ran's eyes caught her own. His eyes left hers as soon as they had met though and she kept her ears from drooping. She wanted him to look at her, she wanted him to talk to her, and she wanted.. Her thoughts were interrupted when he spoke.

"Yep," Evie replied cheerfully, hiding any signs of what she was thinking. She then looked to Pan after he asked her a question. What was it like to be a predator? Well, she had never been asked that before. She began to eat her steak as she pondered how to answer. The fish she had taken had been eaten sometime between when Miya sat down and Ranofer confirmed everyone's names.

"Well.." she started after swallowing a piece of steak. "It's.. amazing," she told him with a smile. Her eyes seemed to sparkle as she spoke. "Having not much to fear at all, except for hunters and stronger predators then myself. Though, you won't find many predators that can take a snow leopard down."

Evie grinned as she continued, "And the will to hunt, well, that's just as wonderful. Chasing down your prey, I usually like the big guys and the ones that run fast. Then when you finally catch it, the rush you feel after finally being able to rip it apart.." Evie stopped and smiled shyly at the group. "Sorry, I don't mean to go all blood and gore on everyone."

She quickly glanced at Ranofer before looking back at Pan. What did he think? Evie supposed she should care about Pan's opinion, since he was the one who asked, but she only slight did.

((Sorry for the long absence. Calculus sucks.))

Bell nodded as Asgard said that it would be fine if they fixed locks for the rest of the class period. That would be nice, and probably very useful with all the stronger than human Otherfolk gathered in one place. It would probably come in handy quite soon, she thought, though she wasn't quite sure why people would need to learn how to unlock locked doors which was what their second option had been. She wasn't planning on breaking and entering so early in her school career after all.

Though surprised that Horatio didn’t have enough copies for both of them to rebuild the door knobs at once, Bell took the news in stride, and pulled her desk up in front of Asgard’s. “I can read upside down, so we can share the paper and do it at the same time. Otherwise, I’m sure you’ll soon be bored,” she said to the fae, offering the paper out to her. “I’m sure we can work something out so that we’re both working at the same time,” she offered, hoping that the girl would accept her proposal.

Klara's expression was priceless in Chloe's eyes. She simply giggled to herself.

"Then it's settled." Momo walked to the back of the room and stored the hare in a wooden, silver-inlaid box. She had until sundown to bring it back and the box would keep it from decay.

"I will call for you when it's ready." She then noticed Chloe's snickering. "And Miss Bagott, since you seem to be enjoying this so much, you too will be responsible for the hare's care. Consider that your final project for my class." She finished with a calm smile then returned to her desk.

Chloe clucked her tongue, her smile not as bright as before. "As you wish Madam."

Miya's mind didn't register him looking at her at first, but after a moment of Pan's eyes on her face, she jumped and looked away hurriedly. She couldn't believe she just stared at him for a good twenty seconds! Shyly, she lifted her gaze a tiny bit, watching as he grew his nail, her eyes widened slightly, before it slowly went back in. Her gaze zipped to his face, wanting to make sure he didn't see her watching him, but for a moment, she thought she saw some feeling of pain, nausea, or something, flicker over his features for a split second, so fast she questioned whether she saw it at all...

The little witch only watched him eat for a moment, thinking it best to stop staring. She didn't like when people watched her eat, and she was sure others didn't either. Again, her fork poked a small piece of fruit. When Pan said Evie's name, she looked up from her bowl, her ears tuned in. She didn't understand much about this whole sickness business, and was curious as to what she could learn from this conversation. Pan was a mouse. Evie a snow leopard. Evie definitely had the features of it! Miya thought that she was lucky to be so cute, and was, to be honest, a little jealous. Most people preferred ears and a tail, especially Otherfolk. Miya was very human-looking, which many Otherfolk disliked... When she was little, it was a good thing, but now that she no longer lives among humans, she isn't so sure.

As she listened to Evie describe changing, and hunting, Miya could feel her cheeks redden. The witch was awe-struck. The pard was so passionate about it, and Miya admired that. Although she would never have pictured Evie being the type to enjoy ripping something apart, but before now she hadn't realized that she was part of the animal; part leopard. It was her instinct, and Miya didn't want to seem like she was thrown-off by the description. All this time she had been worried about her friends' "sicknesses" but it seemed that they were okay with them. At least, their outcomes. With that thought, the witchling couldn't help but wonder what it was like to be part animal... She couldn't even imagine...

"Right then." Pan replied, slightly muffled by another mouthful of seed. He swallowed quickly. "Sounds much more exciting. Me, I've got the instincts of a house pet. Except for an overwhelming urge to gnaw on the furniture, I'm pretty much the same as ever. Pity, everyone else gets to have all these exciting losses of themselves. I think, given the opportunity, I could probably write a sentence, as a mouse." He nodded, a glint of displeasure behind his cheerful smile.

"But, better than my parents, that's certain. Mum only wanted to dig holes, and my father always crawled under hedges to wait out the moon. I'm lucky I didn't end up like that." His fingers dug into the bag of grains, making patterns in them as he let his fingers drift, with no particular goal. "Do you suppose if you got left alone with someone small and prey-ish, you'd eat them? I know you can smell the difference, between food and friend, but I have always wondered. Everyone always seems much more tied to their feral side than I can properly grasp." He grinned, and cocked his head to one side.

Well, even if I don't get to lose myself once a month, at least I don't get as sick. Pan had a running theory: the more strongly tied you were to your animal, the more the moon's pull would ruin you each month. Of course, he'd never really had much opportunity to study the theory. Then again, he'd at least never disproven it. He shoveled another handful of food into his mouth, swallowing it with only a few ineffective chews, and awaited another answer.

An elongated sigh passed through the lycan’s lips, closing his eyes at the smell of his own breath. Avi had already eaten a tray full of meat, yet his stomach was beckoning for more, and the overly defined scent that lingered on his breath only made the desire for food worsen. Though the sultry thought of food awaited him in a quick walk to the other side of the cafeteria, the newfound presence of more students kept him at bay and in his seat. Maybe if he sat awhile, it would give his body time to digest and the feeling of hunger would go away in the process. Though the thought sounded probable, the possibility of such a thing was hastily discarded by his rumbling stomach.

Closing his eyes for a long moment, he pushed himself out of the chair, quite unwillingly, and began to head towards the front of the cafeteria, trying all the while to keep his muddled, yet frantic thoughts on the simple necessity of indulging his hunger.

Avi’s initial plan of walking right by the table seating a group of four, quickly changed as his overly sensitive hearing picked up on their conversation. He found himself involuntarily stopping beside the group, closing the lids over his eyes once again as the words strayed from his mouth. “Yes, the thrill of the hunt is enthralling. Of course, being seen as a savage to the human race for this exact reason is why we’re here, isn’t it?” the question wasn’t meant to be answered; instead, Avi put both hands on the edge of the table, leaning in as he revealed those bright, lime green eyes to the foursome. “They seem to hate us for our ways, and our differences; and they think that they are so far above other animals, when really, they are enacting in the same habitual needs as all of us,” the intensity in those orbs of him would’ve been greater, had they not been clouded with the pain of full moon sickness. “If they find it so easy to kill us for our wrongdoings, which are not so different as their own ways, simply because we are acting on the needs of every other being, I guess we should find it in our nature to practice their precious philosophy of Social Darwinism. If they’re so scared, let them see who wins in the survival of the fittest,” although his words called for a tone full of hatred, there seemed to be none in the black-haired lycan’s voice. His gaze then seemed to turn to the undergrounder, “Those of us who do not lose ourselves during this time are lucky in their ways. Losing yourself, per chance, isn’t all it’s cracked up to be,” eyes flickered from said ‘domestic’ lycan, to the younger pard.

A momentary pause took place as a small tremble of pain struck his body, and he pushed himself off of the table. “… Have fun on your primal outing,” Avi quickly broke away from his somewhat spontaneous rant of an interruption and began to walk away, towards the door, “… I know I will,” he mumbled lowly, the words utterly sarcastic. As the cold air hit him, Avi wondered what the hell he was thinking about when he butted in, turning a simple conversation into a serious, one-way outbreak of words. Of course, with the sickness, he assumed that he really hadn’t been thinking too much about it; while the urgent thoughts had ran through his head, the normal, solid filter that kept him from speaking had broken down.

Damn this godforsaken sickness,’ the lycan cursed, mentally kicking himself for making such a profound scene. He looked around, a frown damaging his usual rock-hard facial features. Hunger once again made its presence known, though there was no way Avi could even think of reentering the cafeteria now. No, he’d run. Maybe that would keep his mind off of hunger and the presumable confrontation he had just acted in. Either that, or he could use a cigarette right about now.

Evie smiled at Pan, her ears flicking happily. She was glad he was asking her all these questions. That way she could keep her mind off of him. She ate another piece of steak, that was now pretty much gone, and swallowed before answering his next question. "I-"

Evie was cut off by a male's voice and she looked up curiously to see a black haired male. She had noticed the other lycan but hadn't paid him much mind. She looked silently at him as he talked. When he was finished he left before she could say a word. Her eyes narrowed in confusion. His words.. He was quite truthful. She decided if she were to try and think more of him that her head would hurt though, so Evie looked back at Pan.

"Anyway," she started and regained the smile back on her lips. "Well, back when I hardly ever changed into my human self, I was completely in my predator sate of mind. I ate whatever animal; I had no small animal friends though, of course." Evie scratched an ear as she continued, "I would be lying if I said I would not eat someone who was prey to me if left alone with them. If I was hungry enough, my mind would go to it's predator state, and I would eat said animal."

"I hope you don't worry though, Pan," Evie said in a soft voice, "I would never attack you. Even if my predator side would take over, I would fight with everything I have not to hurt you." She then looked to Miya. "That goes for you too. Though even in my predator state I stay away from humans, I still would do my very best to never hurt you."

She did not look at Ran but thought what she wanted to say to him anyway. I would never hurt you either, she thought, switching her gaze back to Pan as she ate the final piece of her steak.

At Pan's next question, Miya stiffened slightly. She was shocked to even think of something like that happening; A changed lycan attacking a long-time friend or something of that nature... It scared her...

She was really startled though, when she heard another voice. She looked up at this mysterious new lycan, entranced by his magnificent eyes. The witchling was chilled by what he said though. She couldn't help but blush and be afraid for herself, considering her very human-like features. Would people hate her for looking so similar to their "enemy?" This lycan seemed to hate changing, which was something she hadn't yet encountered. He was interesting, and she found herself enjoying the smoothness of his voice. It was much like Ran's, though the latter's was a bit deeper and more frightening. This new person was very level in tone, not scary so much, but not very happy either.

Miya saw him tremble, and felt sadness. It must be horrible... She looked, then, between her other lycan friends, wondering how great their suffering was. She made a small wish that they would feel better, wondering if that was enough to charm them, the way her mother used to do to humans when they did good deeds for no pay, out of the kindness of their hearts. Her mother had never taught her how to charm people, but she recalled a delicate wave of the hand and then a smile... Oh, how she missed her mother...

Evie then began her response to Pan's earlier inquiry, only affected for a moment by the other lycan's strange interjection. Miya listened shyly, still a bit worried for her friends, and looked up in surprise when the pard addressed her. She blushed lightly and nodded, not wanting to admit that the thought of being attacked by her friend was incredibly frightening to her.

((Edit.
I just realized I forgot the last small paragraph ^^;;
Wow, I'm so forgetful... I feel old D: ))

“Likewise,” the demon smiled back at Miya as she tilted her head cutely at him, then he turned his eyes towards Evie as she confirmed her name. Ranofer then took to watching Pan, shifting a nail to tear a hole in the gash. A smirk twitched on his lips as he saw a glimpse of Miya’s reaction. It seemed like she hadn’t been around much of the other otherfolk races. Oh, she’d be in for a treat this year.

His head moved from facing Pan as he asked the pard a question, to facing Evie and awaiting her response. Leaning an elbow on the table, Ran rested his cheek on his hand and watched the pard think of her answer. This was what she wanted, correct? His full attention was on her at the moment, and it stayed on her for the remainder of her answer. He couldn’t help but let a smile set itself on his face; the way she described her predatory ways seemed so passionate. Ran imagined that if he had been a lycan there would be a lot of chaos surrounding his life. His mouth almost watered with the thought. But, the true root of his smiling came with his thoughts. ‘You’d be surprised who can take a snow leopard down,’ Even if he couldn’t physically attack her, he could do a hell of a lot of mental damage.

Briefly, Ranofer slid his gaze back to Pan, keeping his cheek in his hand. It was a pity to be a lycan who didn’t have the usual primal attributes. Then again, Ran couldn’t really relate much to any of the other three at the table.

The demon was about to look back at Evie to await her next answer, but a smooth voice caught his attention instead, and he turned to view the lycan he’d been observing before to pass the time. Ran seemed to look at him with indifference until he mentioned humans. His eyes narrowed just the slightest, a spark ignited in the red orbs as the lycan opened his eyes to reveal those bright green irises. ‘There it is,’ the demon thought to himself, remembering the trait that had stood out to him with his first view of the lycan; not to mention he was pretty good-looking all around. The thing he didn’t recall, was how much this guy talked. He’d never heard more than two words escape from that mouth. It seemed that the sickness had cut the strings that had kept his mouth sewn shut for all this time. Ran couldn’t say that he liked gossip and gab, but the words that flew out of the lycan’s mouth were well thought out. It was surprising to say that the demon actually agreed with him; humans were despicable through and through. With a painful tremble and an abrupt end to his presence, Ranofer watched the lycan walk away, his eyes trained on him until he stepped out of the door and out of sight.

It took a moment for him to get back into the same topic again, turning his head slowly back to Evie as she tried to explain herself. He really wasn’t paying much attention to what she was saying, but saw her itching her ear for a moment, and brought his hand up to idly scratch the soft fur of it for a second.

Ranofer smiled a bit mentally. It was a good thing she hadn’t said the words she kept in her mind. It would be a bit sad to hear those words come out of her mouth when there was a one-hundred percent chance that he would end up hurting her.

Glancing up at Miya, he saw her worried expression, though he quickly looked away. There would be no use in saying anything to her; his words wouldn’t calm her nerves about her friends’ well-being. Instead, he let his red gaze trail over to the door for a moment. There was no use in following the lycan either, the guy was way too unstable with sickness. Even though it might’ve been easier to get under his skin this way, since there was no probable way of breaking his usually guarded surface, the risk of leaving the group to possibly get mangled by a frustrated lycan was a bit stretched.

A rather long, red tongue came to press against her finger tips. Taking what salt had stuck to the soft, pale skin. Meat was the key to Kiala's heart. Many of the movies that Kiala had experienced that dealt with humans always dealt with the male chasing the female, which was how it was usually done with the animal kingdom, but to pluck flowers that could be found anywhere? And, chocolate that could rot away one's teeth? That's horrible. The hand floated towards the nearest wall, her nails pressed against the wood only to be dragged down, eyes closed as her head flung back, the blood began to drip over the protective skin as the nails broke against it. Yet, when stuck in to the wall, the skin expanded only to make room for the more rounded and sharp talons that would be her weapon come the night. A small groan escaped from the pair of lips as the pain slowly subsided. With great patience the covered eyes were being opened. A third of the hanging meat hooks had already been emptied. Her lips pulled back as a breeze floated through the room from the school. It was a lingering scent, but it was still there. A male, one that she had smelled before. Her mind couldn't place it, shaking it off, her hands pressed against the couch to stand once more.

Kiala was heading back towards the roof. Her nails dragging along the wall as she walked. Upon entering the second floor, she glanced out the window before leaping anew height, nails almost breaking through the wood; luckily able to pull herself up from the second floor. Before moving through the last layer of the house, a noise came from the side, her hands in front and legs spread to contribute her weight along the beams, muscles tensed and ready to pounce. The noise continued before the woman made her way. The creature ahead wouldn't let this beings get any where close. Sensing a vibe from Kiala, it scurred off in to one of the many exits they had made over the years. The still human noise took to the air to give a hint of what it might be, but the mold had covered it.

It didn't take her too long to return to the seat above the trees. This time, legs were crossed, and her hair laid flat against her back. Eyes staring out along the horizon. Thoughts going towards the school wondering how the students were taking their sickness.

{No one’s posting… >> Since it’s the twentieth, I’m assuming class change is in order.}

Bennie watched the teacher for a minute or two before deciding that she was busy with other students. So, instead of firing her little pot and finishing it up for the day, she trailed over to the indicated box and carefully placed the vase inside of one of the squares. Looking on the bright side, at least it would be dry by tomorrow’s class and she wouldn’t have to worry about ruining the glaze.

Patting her webbed hands together, she glanced up at the clock. “Sweet!,” she said quietly, happy that she was closer to getting out of the school, ‘One more class to go,’ she thought to herself as she quickly cleaned up what mess she had made at her seat. Making her way for the door, she turned and waved to Frahy, “See you tomorrow, Miss Frahy!”.

Not noticing that a girl had been standing in the doorway, Bennie bumped into her lightly. “Oh! Sorry, haha,” she laughed, “Excuse me.” She smiled up at the girl, before walking past her and out into the courtyard. It was cold, and Bennie was only wearing a white beater and torn jeans, but she was used to the cold. Living next to a lake and spending most of her time in it had trained her. Even now she could find pleasure in taking a dip in the school pool, although it was probably freezing.

“What to do now..” she mumbled to herself. The nymph had fifteen minutes until her next class started, and she was actually looking forward to this one. She was sure that a lot of other gnomes would be taking the rhetoric course as well, so it would be fun to see who could stay on top throughout the semester.

{{<.< I'm so sorry! I know it was my post in all three of my continuities, but I've been so Christmas busy this year. Shopping, and baking (I've been promoted to head of cake making this year for my family of several dozen), and watching children aged four to twelve (five of them). Here, have my sincerest apologies, and a multi-post.}}

Horatio grinned brightly as the two students began on the task at hand. She knew it was probably a bad idea to get herself caught up in the idea that they might be back- she'd thought the same when Ranofer and Panya and other students throughout history had tried attending classes once or twice and was always disappointed. Still, she could at least enjoy it while it was happening.

Eventually, of course, the bell rang, and the gloriously full class ended. She snickered quietly to herself at the idea of a class of two being 'gloriously full'. How utterly depressing she thought, though even her mental tone was pleased as a cream-filled kitten.

She wasved farewell at the Faerie girl with her tiny wings and spiraled horns, and gave the young Blessed mage a strange look. Her eyebrows creased further when the girl made no move to leave, and it took a full fifteen seconds before Horatio remembered that she would be in the Afternoon class as well.

"Ah. That's right. Well then, Bell, you'll have to stand up for a moment. The next class is always much more full, and I'll need to rearrange the tables, maybe make more chairs. I can do that if you stay where you are, but no guarantees you'd enjoy it." The words tumbled out slightly too fast, and Horatio cracked her knuckles. This would be nothing compared to working on her alive-but-not animals, but at least wit would be more effort than dismantling doorknobs with a glance.

======

Klara scowled at the idea of sharing anything with the assassin girl. True, her family was of ancient lineage, and just as noble as any purebloods, but the Bagotts were so astoundingly different from her own family, Klara doubted they'd ever get along, really. Especially if she managed to somehow be so much more lowly in her attitude, and still keep herself so very, painfully prideful.

Klara might have been cold, but she was not cruel and she certainly didn't value herself as highly as Chloe did.

It didn't help that their names were so similar. It bothered the Ruskie, actually. More than almost anything else. It felt like the little hashashin was trying to steal from her.

So, with concentrated speed, Klara sorted her various weeds. She had glanced at the Bagott's array earlier, but hers was different. The same herbs, but separated into groups by their secondary traits. The Death's Faerie would see what she had done, there was no reason to worry about her grade. Two clusters, strongest at the front of the desk, weakest at the back: antidepressants, skin abrasion poultices. Behind them, a line of several pairs: a plant poisonous to humans when ingested, and it's antidote, as well as a poison and counter poison for each Otherfolk group.

The fact that there were so many different arrangements pleased Klara, and settled her slightly. At least the Death Faerie had put an inordinate amount of care into developing this Full-moon busy work at some point.

When the bell rang, her fingers hovered lightly over the poisoned pair for the vampires, and she took a sprig of the counter with her when she left.

You could never be too careful, working with assassins.

Pan chatted idly with his friends, far too exhausted by the mounting illness to manage his usual excitement with everything around him. He seemed, for all accounts, completely normal. He went back ad fetched another sack of grain, at one point, as well as several oranges, and he was just beginning to peel the last one when the bell marking the end of free lunch rang. It probably wasn't that loud to everyone else, but his eyes slammed shut, as a headaches washed over him abruptly. A few more deep breaths, and though his head still pounded, he seemed normal again.

"Damn. Shouldn't have done that. Do you still want me to take you to the principal's office?" he asked lightly, turning to stare at his little Witch. "Fifteen minutes is probably plenty of time. He's a nice man, and if you give his secretary some juice, you'll get anything you ask for. You can drop Kiala's class before you head to your Afternoons." He cocked his head to one shoulder, before asking, "Aactually, what do you have for afternoons?"

As class was dismissed, Mars blinked once or twice before huffing and turning to walk away... Only to be run into by one of the many Otherfolk here; Mars was about ready to pass her off, but the girl apologized, laughed, and took off. Staring after her, Mars made a mental note then quickly tucked it away.
She's in my second class...

Glancing down at her schedule, the faerie turned and left to find her next class... Basic Ability Management. Rhetoric didn't interest her when she had transferred here, and she had never been good with mechanics... Mars also didn't have an interest in a phys ed class, seeing as she could get exercise outside of some silly class. The only other class that had any kind of benefit for her had been his ability class. Perhaps it would be utterly boring and she may hate it... But maybe she would also have some opportunities to try a spell or two on some unwitting classmate...

Mars laughed out loud as she maneuvered through the new hallways, glancing around at class numbers and ignoring the passers-by; even if they had given her strange looks for laughing at apparently nothing, she didn't seem to notice nor care.

After walking for a while, her instincts leading her about more than any knowledge of where she was going, Mars came to a halt, one hall away from her class room. Glancing about and sighing in something akin to a bored manner, the faerie shifted directions and continued walking, noting the students about her as she tried to keep a good distance from her schoolmates so they wouldn't run into her wings. The impending moon phase was driving her senses wild and she was currently hypersensitive to touch, and her joints all felt a bit sore for some reason. Narrowing her eyes, Mars picked up her pace.

Finally, she found the class.
Horatio Tamaranth : Basic Ability Management
Glancing up at the nameplate to make sure she had the right classroom, Mars wandered in lazily, glancing about as she noticed people moving tables about. Gliding to the back of the room, she dropped her bag next to one booted leg, shifted her weight to the other side, and folded her arms as she searched for the teacher of the class. Spotting the woman who seemed apparently more confident in her actions, Mars tilted her head and rearranged her expression to be less annoyed.

"Are you Horatio Tamaranth?"

A brief dance of her hands through the air, and the six worktables split into two desks each, and rearranged themselves in a circle around the perimeter of the room. Chairs stacked in the back corner scraped across the floor noisily to their appropriate places behind the desks, and clattered to a stop. Horatio smiled widely at her handy work and let her arms fall to her side, just as the door pushed open again.

"Are you Horatio Tamaranth?"

Horatio took in the appearance of the faerie, giving her wings a particularly interested stare. I bet they glow in the dark... she thought, amusedly. They were pretty, though, and she filed the design away. If her birds ever did manage to take on a life of their own, perhaps their pen feathers would have a similar design.

Her face went blank for an instant as she searched her precious databases for the picture and name that matched the face in front of her, but was surprised to find none. There was one entry, though, with only a written description. That must be it.

"That'd be me, yeah. I take it you're new, Miss Violette? I think I'd remember those wings. Lovely, though." she replied breezily, and motioned towards the arrangement of desks. "Have a seat. I expect there'll be more soon. I've got a gaggle of first years on the roster. They tend to show up for class."

Sade walked into the school with quick, hurried steps. In one hand she carried her broomstick and in another she carried her schedule with her brand new messenger bag slung over her shoulder. With the hand that held her broomstick she awkwardly tried to push her witch's hat into the right position on her head but only succeeded in knocking it off. Grumbling she focused on the wind, picking the hat up and putting it on her head. Concentrating she saw the hat move in response from a sudden wind then saw nothing as it flew into her face.

Stepping back in surprise grabbed the hat before it could fall again then propped her broomstick up against a wall so she could put the hat on. With the done she grabbed the broomstick and was off again focusing on the matter at hand. Getting to class. Looking at her schedule with annoyance she looked up at a clock and scowled, of course she had to arrive in the middle of the school day but what should she expect when her mother hadn't let her leave until 11 o'clock. Shaking her blond head in annoyance she looked at the current class, Basic Ability Management with this Horatio Tamaranth person. Memorizing the room number she tucked her schedule into her bag and then set off to look for it.

Looking for the class now gave her time to notice how short the school uniform skirt was. Glancing down she grimaced and tried to pull it down, succeeding only in revealing her lower belly. What do I want to show?, She asked herself, My a** or my belly?. Deciding she pulled the skirt back up determined to cross her legs when she sat down. Upon looking at the other skirts though she couldn't help but notice that the other girls were wearing somewhat longer ones. Paige, she thought exasperated with her older sister by five years. She loved anything to do with clothing and as Sade flipped over the edge of the skirt she revealed Paige's insignia embroidered into it. Shaking her head she let the fabric drop and thanked the fact that she hadn't seemed to do anything else with her uniform.

Lost in her thoughts of the uniform Sade now went back to the matter at hand and could've laughed when she noticed that she'd stopped right in front of the Basic Ability Management class. Still smiling at the irony she pushed open the door and walked in, glancing around she spotted the woman that she thought was the teacher. "Excuse me, are you Horatio Tamaranth?" she asked politely as she walked over.
