Bubu was beginning to come around, now. He held his head, as if to say "What the hell happened?" He was still pretty dazed...

Ry peeked, hearing a little chibi groan. "Bubu!" She smiled slightly, crawling from Zach over to Bubu. "Are you ok, honey?..."

He then realized what was going on, catching Zach's scent on Ry. Once again, he began growling at him, reclaiming his post on Ry's back. He had gotten bigger again; he was now as large as a medium-sized dog.

"Bubu, you've gotten heavy," she murmured, but smiled and nuzzled the side of the little onbu's neck. "Missed you, Bubu."

He hugged Ry, then sent a glare toward Zach. It seemed to say "Next time, I will kill you."

He was willing to defend his mother if necessary. He held on with his feet, his arms held in a boxer's stance.

Ry just looked between the two. "I'm so confused..." She smiled and patted Bubu's head. "Thank you for being so protective darlin'. I'm flattered." She gave him a kiss on the cheek and asked, "Are you hungry or thristy at all?"

He walked back to Ry, Abyss hesitantly trailing after him.

She smiled and gave him a strip of pork with salt sprinkled on top. "Here you go." She blinked and looked up at Zach. "What's wrong?"
