It would hold them if the handcuffs were made of silver. If not, then it would just depend on the strength of the Werewolf in question.

Does the concentration of silver matter? Would fine silver (99% pure) be more harmful than a sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% copper)? Could he theoretically have some sort of alloy that is part silver and part other things so that she could be weakened by not hurt by some manacles?

I'd say that alloys would harm them a little less.
The less silver there is in the item, the less of an effect it has on the Werewolf. They'd still be weakened, but the 'allergic' reactions would be much less severe.
If there's hardly any silver, though, it wouldn't do him much good other than to make her a little uncomfortable.

Kitty, it looks like we need a post from you for Alette before that trio can move along. I'll be posting later tonight. I'm worried about getting too far ahead with Tasha and Alastar, but then again they have time while people run to the howl and then back home, so >.>
EDIT: Will post tomorrow. Due to unforseen circumstances (read: my husband) I was unable to have time co compose a proper post. Tomorrow I promise!

Sorry, guys. I had to study for a Spanish test and work on a big speech (the speech isn't actually finished, but I have more time now) so I was really, really busy this past five days or so. I should be able to get a post up tonight. Hopefully.

I think there are some vampie posts in the works that will bring the crew back together shortly, so I am going to hold off a bit longer on Alastar I think. I know what I want to post, but I have some timing ideas in my mind too XD

Damn cramps.
Anywho, I'm really sorry for taking so long, guys. But this last part of the semester is going to be really, really hectic.
I have a test, an oral review, two quizzes, two tests, and two papers to write in my Spanish class. Oh, and I have a lot of stuff to do on this internet study site. I need all the points I can get for that class.
Then I have a HUGE speech to do in Sci-Fi class. 20 minutes, minimum. I'm afraid. Plus I have to finish the third book we're reading in that class by the end of this week, and I've barely started. Plus, he wants to do another, but I don't have ANY idea how we can. Then I have a paper to write on that book, and the final group project, which is also HUGE.
In Speech, I have a big important speech due in a week or two, plus some random homework and studying for the comprehensive final.
My other two classes actually aren't so bad.
BUT STILL.
So, I'm really busy. I don't know if I'll be able to post on the weekdays for awhile. I can read new posts, but my replies will most likely come on weekends.
That said, I'll try to get the posts for Alette, Alyssa, and maybe Melanie (If it's her turn) up today. Hopefully. -crosses fingers-

Anywhoozzle, I got a couple posts done, so now I can sleep! Got a Spanish test tomorrow, and I mustmustmust pass!

Oh, and roleplay related, we need more Vampies, Wolfies, Wizardies, and Hunter...ies. Plus, we need a Merlin, since Illy had to drop out.
Once the semester is over, I'll probably add in another character to the mix, but I don't have any idea what it'll be yet. Probably a guy, since we seem to be lacking those and I need practice playing them.
And next semester won't be as busy for me, hopefully, since I'll be taking less hours. So it shouldn't be a problem.
