Black cut in quickly. "Introductions can happen later. Now, tell me what happened here." He said bluntly. He didn't want anything to get off-topic, then just let Assis get away.

Eva's transformation suddenly sunk in, Tenser feeling extremely stupid. But he held the shirt out anyway.
"...You want it anyway?"
He grinned, the sun hitting his back. It felt good, though he might burn.

"He killed the nurse. He was holding a knife and there's still blood everywhere..." Niko squeaked, mostly out of embarrassment for getting confused. He wanted to go back to Navi, but he had a feeling black would try to suck more information out.

Black glanced over at Niko. "Dead nurse, knife, blood. Is there anything else you heard or saw?" He asked. He sounded like some detective, but his tone of voice was way off.

Niko thought a little harder. "Hm... he said he was the resistance..." He answered, shaking his head. "I don't think I know anything else, so I'm going to go back." Niko mumbled quietly and darted away quickly before anyone could reject.

Black thought for a moment. "Resistance, eh?" He turned back to Assis and stared at the man with his pure black eyes. It almost seemed as if Black was staring into the man's soul, which was exactly what he was doing. "And what do you have to say? Why did you kill the nurse, and what did you mean by 'the resistance'?" Black asked calmly.

Assis had been holding his hand behind his back while they were talking, gripping the handle of his sword. He looked back and forth from Zelda to Black, legs bent forward as if preparing to sprint. Of course, Assis had no intention of staying. Besides, if Zelda really was royalty, she would find out sooner or later about Assis' criminal record. Still, he had to make sure that it was Zelda who came to the desert, not an army of royal soldiers. It was not Assis' style to go rampaging through body after body leaving a trail of blood and destruction in his wake. His intentions held no malice.
- Assis stood facing Zelda, his hand remaining behind his back.
"Your majesty. If you want to salvage what's left of your kingdom, you will come to the desert, alone. There, I will be waiting."
- With that, Assis gave a quick bow, which was really more like a 'nod', before bolting down the hall away from them. He tore the red scimitar from its sheath, holding it sideways with his left palm flat against the face of the blade. As he ran, the metal began to glow with a briliant blue radiance, swirling with energy that illuminated the clouds around him.
*I hope she's smart enough to follow directions. I don't need a blood-bath under my name.....*

Black turned, seeing Assis run off. "Hey!" He turned to Envy and grabbed the sides of her arms. "Stay here." He said before rushing off after the man. "Get back here!" Black shouted as he began to catch up with Assis. He pulled a bit of metal out of his pocket and hid it in his gloves. If need be, Black could have easy access to his weapons. In the Sky World, no one killed a person and ran away without an explanation, especially when White and/or Black was tailing them.

Unfortunately for Black, Assis had no intention of staying in Sky World any longer than he already had. Without warning, Assis broke left, barging into an empty room. There was a window in the wall near the empty hospital bed. This is where he was headed.
- Without looking back, Assis ran over top of the bed and swan-dove through the window. He dropped four feet to the cloud base outside of the hospital. Rolling forward, he came to a crouched stop on the ground, searching left and right for the best possible escape route. Only, there was nothing. There was only ten feet of cloud coming out from the hospital foundation. From here there was left, right, and down.
- A large hole in the clouds lay open in front of him. From here, he could even see the golden expanse of the desert. He was almost directly above the sand. If the wind was just right.....

Black growled as he followed Assis out the window. He then sprinted off after the man. "You aren't going anywhere without me knowing." He said as he walked up to Assis. It was true, Black could see anything, anywhere within a mile radius. "Try to leave Sky World, and I can follow after you." He continued to slowly step forward, keeping the metal he stored in his glove ready for use. Assis was either going to answer a few questions, or Black was going to hunt him down, until he couldn't see the man anymore. "So, are you going to jump, or are you going to answer a couple questions?" He asked calmly.

Assis slowly turned to face Black. He grinned under the cloak, where his face could not be seen. He already knew the answer to that question.
"Hmph....."
Assis crouched, powering up the blade to its full capacity. It was emmiting a series of different pitches, each of a different octave, as it radiated with briliant-blue light. It was Assis' ticket out of here.
- Without warning, Assis pulled another marble from his pocket, snapping it between his fingers. Another briliant flash, and Assis had made the jump. He was falling upside-down, holding the blade down toward his feet. If Black tried to follow him, he would blow a hole through the coulds. The blast would propel him forward, but he would have to do what was necessary to escape. Everything was riding on this. Everything up to this point had lead to him escaping. If he failed, he would just as well take his own life.

Black squinted and looked down. "Idiot." And with that, he crouched down and started to fall forward, then kicked off with his feet to make him accelerate faster. He made sure to keep the clouds behind him, but if that failed, Black could always resort to using several thin sheets of metal to break his fall. "What reason do you have to run when you are innocent?" He asked, revealing that he already knew Assis' intentions. He knew them from the second he stared into his soul. Black just wanted to hear it straight from the man's mouth.
