Actually, he could just gently wake Tes up and tuck the little bugger in with her. She could nurse and doze... you'd be surprised how many mothers do it... As for SIDS, unless the parent is incapacitated (drunk or ill) trust me, they won't roll over on that kid.

*Kero does just that, gently awakening Tes and setting Nimbus up to nurse...which she surprisingly does in a different way, going over to Luna's time-out chair, turning it around, and sitting down, beginning to rock Nimbus as she nurses*

Luna cracks an eye at him and flashes him a sleepy smile. "Hi Daddy, you wanna sweep too?" she asks scooting over so he can join her. Daddy is special, he gets to sleep on the horde if he wishes. wink
|

She snuggles close, falling immediately back to sleep. Kids! Oh to be that care and trouble free.

*Kero snuggles his daughter close, nuzzling her as Tes nurses. He was going to take it while he could get it. Something told him Luna would be causing some trouble in the near future*

And that is pretty much how the days wear on for about a week... with the family going down as a group for breakfast and dinner, though lunch was often taken in Luna's room. Nimbus, it seems has decided that lunchtime for them is lunchtime for him as well and Tes was often stuck feeding him while the meal was being served in the dining room. From what Kero was hearing, Kiari was doing pretty much the same thing. Funny how that worked.

*He still needed feeding every two hours or so, and it was beginning to annoy Luna, who found that babies take up a lot of Daddy and Mommy's time*

Right now she's in the library with Amestru, looking at story books. Of course he doesn't know she's gone awol, or he might have had her go back to get permission.

"Well, she's still there. Reading, completely oblivious to her Daddy's distress. Funny, he never would have gone into such a tizzy before... having a kid seems to have thrown him into an emotional quandary.

Enia shakes her head. "She was in earlier asking to play a game, but I had some chores to do. I remember hearing her talking to Lord Amestru in the hallway. But I didn't really listen to what they were saying."
