Lisaya growled. He was right, whether she admitted it or not. Shadow would go to the ends of the Earth looking her. Then she thought about Helios. He would surely look for her too. Then Silver would... and Arious. She would have a whole rescue team if she kept making friends. "So lemme guess. I am stuck here until Shadow comes searching for me, correct?" She wanted to look at him, so he could see her anger, but he still held her tightly. He was about the same height as her... But that meant nothing... it was obvious that he could outsmart her every move.

Shadow left the others. There was no use in waiting anymore. If Dark Vaati wanted a fight, then he would have shown himself by now. He walked through the trees content. He could actually walk out in the open without having the fear of getting burned. He saw some roses wildly growing in the forest and picked them for Lisaya. She will love these; she has never seen roses before. He couldn't wait to see her again. His causal walk turned into a good paced jog.

Arious turned and looked for Lisaya. He didn't see her anywhere. It had been a good 20 minutes since their tickle battle and he was a little worried, but he knew she could handle herself. He walked back to Helios and helped him clean the last of the soup dishes. "Have you seen my sister? I don't see her anywhere." He commented causally.

Helios stared at him. "What do you mean do I know where she is? YOU were the last one with her!" Helios glared Arious. He opened his senses, looking for the powerful glow of her magic, but only felt Arious's blazing one next to him. "Arious, you idiot! She is gone! I don't feel her with in miles!!!" Helios stood up, dropping the clean dishes. He knew he he shouldn't have left her to wander. He cursed as he searched for his rose.

Arious watched Helios. He was already freaking out. He was calm, but knew something wasn't right. There was no way Lisaya could just disappear!....well... actually she could, but she would at least tell me! Well maybe she is with Shadow... Arious then remembered that he had sneaked her mirror out of it's pouch. He pulled it out of his cloak and looked at it. To any one with out magic, it looked like a normal object. He looked it over and decided to try the spell that Lisaya always used. His violet magic danced on the surface. Suddenly he stopped. What if she is with Shadow? And they are... Let me talk to Shadow before I spy on them... He reached out to the being he had half created. "Shadow! Can you hear me?" He yelled just in case.

Suddenly, Arious's voice resonated throughout his whole head. Shadow grabbed his ears he tried to block the noise. "If you.. were any louder... Arious.... I think my.. would explode.." He grunted waiting for his ears to stop ringing.

Arious smiled. Maybe he did try a little too hard. "Is Lisaya with you? I don't want to spy on you guys and see something I don't really want to see..."

Shadow let go of his ears. Arious's voice was still loud, but it was fifty times better than before. "No she isn't... Thanks for the privacy... But aren't you the one who is supposed to be watching her?" Shadow stopped. What is going on? "Where is Helios?" He asked suspiciously.

Arious's smile faded. "I was.. but she vanished... and I thought she maybe went to hang out with you... And don't even accuse him, Shadow. He is going about frantically looking for her... It is actually kind of amusing." A smile played across his lips, but he knew that this was serious. Even Helios couldn't sense her. "Shadow... I think we may need to warn the others...unless you would rather not tell them. It might cause a commotion we don't need right now.."

"Where the hell.... I shall be there in a second..." Shadow jumped shadow to shadow to make it back to the lake faster.

Helios was pissed. Lisaya goes up missing and Shadow was no where to be found. I bet he stole her right from under my nose- Then he felt Shadow's presence get closer and closer to the camp. Now what is going on.. If it isn't Shadow... then she could really be in trouble! He gathered his rose and stormed out of the camp. The others didn't know about it and he didn't plan on telling them about Silver's gift anytime soon. He sat down by himself near a cornfield. He was about to call on his magic when he caught sight of some foot prints in the soft dirt. He followed them and saw that they led to a scarecrow. It looked like there was a possible struggle, then he saw something glint in the noon sun. He bent down and uncovered what a dagger that was in the dirt. Seeing the hilt he automatically realized it was Lisaya's. She had pulled one on him once... He shook his head of the memory then studied the foot prints. It seemed that what happened here with Lisaya... She must have either floated away, or disappeared. He then noticed little skid marks that led toward the scarecrow. Looks as if she might have been dragged... on her feet at least. DAMN! I can't believe I let this happen! He stood there. It was obvious that had traveled time or at least warped. Either way, he had no way of finding out where.

Taka wanted to resume his sword training, but Sora was no where to be seen. Must still be finding Vaati... Meh, it can wait. He got out his spells and tried to figure out how they worked exactly. He could use magic before he had these spells. In a tight pinch with a monster, he'd sometimes been able to manage a small burst of fire or a quick flash to temporarily blind them. He never focused on magic before... But if they were going to Castle Town, he knew he would have to use everything he had to fight.

Lisaya gasped when she saw the horse. She was lifted on and heard a commanding voice. She squinted her eyes shut. The hair pin turns about made her fly off but she held on. "I hope you know what you are doing!" she screamed. She could feel her heart racing as she felt Dark Vaati chase in pursuit.

Arious cut off the communication between the two of them and noticed another boy reading a spell book. He couldn't remember his name... but he seemed to be studying hard. Arious smiled. It reminded him of his earlier days when he lost days of sleep just to study new spells. He walked over to him and peered over his shoulder. "Might I be of any help? I could give you a few pointers here and there." Arious wanted to work on his social skills and he saw this as a perfect opportunity.

There might be a way.... If I traveled back in time and followed.... He scowled. There were great risks in doing so. how, he didn't care. He would risk anything if it meant he got to see her again.

Shadow hopped the Shadows. It felt like it took five minutes to find Vaati, but now it felt like hours to get back to the camp. Finally he saw the others. He ran into the camp and saw that Helios was gone... and that just pissed him off. He didn't know what to do... he still didn't feel her presence. This isn't good...

(Just to let you know; Taka doesn't have a spell book, just Din's fire and Nayru's Love, but it's okay!)

Taka looked over his shoulder to see Arious. He remembered him mainly because he was that Silver girl's fiance. "Just the type of person I wanted to see! ... Arious, isn't it? I'm Taka, I don't think we've been introduced." He said.

"I've figured but Vaati suggested a loophole a long time ago which I think might work. No offense, Sora, but you appear to have the mindset of a child. You're still innocent. I'm guessing that is what makes a child able to see them. And you're not quite an adult yet." Ezlo explained. "And being fairy sized is still too big. You have to be even smaller!"

((Okay, I was listening to this song when I realized that it fits our plot! Listen to the lyrics. It starts out with citizens being terrified by evil (Shinra) and then Glinda (Silver) asking everyone to put aside their panic and celebrate her engagement to a prince (Arious) XD. It's not spot on, mind you, but it's close.))
