Technically Naru was in the fight (although he didn't do much), so that would be 25.
He used a portal to suck away the poison gas or something.

The carnival is not connected to the main roleplay, so you can jump in there anytime you want regardless and your character can still go somewhere else.
If you want to join a bunch of (recently) lower point value people, you could head to Ethral City and follow the old woman.

saw the guild annoucement...looks like it'll be between duri/okami. i would post in the disciple but i'll be here too long and it's final's week sad
just wished the comp i was using wasn't on life support...had that shyt all written out last time before it was just gone:/
