I was here... Aww ^^ You changed!! Hehe. I like the new look, but now the shirt looks kinda funny. Since the skirt comes up so high, you should get a longer shirt that covers your mid drift. I don't really know of specific ones that would look good, but yeah. *shrug* You should try to even otu teh colors a bit too. You're like half blue, half purple now X.x

Hmm. There is a lot going on around you yet, you're able to draw more attention to your torso area with your Demonic Pendent. I really don't like the way the Dark Halo sits with the Officer's hat, looks a shay off.
Colors...well...xD
It's not bad, you at least have a focus point in all that chaos.
