Most of them are Daddy's rules, but there's a few that aren't. like bedtime, and naptime.

"Naptimes? Daddy make me sweep when I tiwred. I take naps awl the time." she replies, clearly confused. Bedtimes she understands, Daddy makes her go to bed at the same time most nights, but naptimes are a new development. The idea of sleeping at a specific time confuses her.

So it is. But it'll be even more boring if you try and play and suddenly have to nap for three hours because you didn't stop to rest. So you can lay down and be bored for an hour, or you can sleep for three hours after playing until you were exhausted.
