I just wanted to have a small wedding... but my fiances family is hoooge. And were getting married in his grandpa's chapel. His mom said it was more for the older generations. Whatever makes her happy will lend to a more peaceful future for myself, I am sure. I am more of a pleaser type person I guess.

My parents had a reaffirmation ceremony. It was lovely. They are divorced now but that was when I was like... 8. I think that you should try and do that
