((I find it irratating that nohopeforthevillage still hasn't posted. Has anyone heard anything from her?))
So she was a fallen angel, one of those who fell from grace. It took very little to fall from grace in Zions mind. There were so many rules that were pointless and confining. Still if she was a fallen angel he felt a bit of kindship towards her. She too was trapped on this planet no longer allowed into heavan. BUt that was as far as his kinship went. Fallen angels were the original demons so it was possible for her to be accepted there. Zion could not claim that acceptance. He soundlessly opened his wings. One midnight black similar to her's the other pure white. He glanced back at Dani and Mareshin. He sent a message quickly to Dani "He wont kill you without a good reason. If you need help just call." If Mareshin did interupt Zions amusment, then Zion would help the little demonling. Why Zion did this he wasn't sure. Regardless it might give the little demonling a bit of support. Zion took to the air after the fallen angel. Flying was truelly a wonderous thing. The only thing Zion disliked about it was that his wings were different. One was meant for gliding the other meant for power. It made things slightly akward when flying. He knew how to hide it fairly well but to any truelly skilled being it as obvious. But there were conpensations for that. It meant in combat he could preform in different and unexpected ways. Also many beings had underestimated his flying skills and paid for that. He had turned his weakness into a strength. "I know what I am already. I'm simply curious as to why you think I don't know." If it was a trap Zion was already prepared. It wasn't in his nature to trust without a reason.

Melody smiled, he already knew what he was... yes he knew he was a forbiden mixture of races. Something that could never belong, and should have never been allowed to live. Yet here he was, as strong and as stubborn as ever. "Yes you know what you are. But do you know who you are?" she asked setting down on a near skyscraper. It wasn't an extremly tall building, but still high enough for them to land without traveling directly up. She didn't say anything about his wings, or how she noticed a slight akwardness to his flying.
It warmed her heart in a way she didn't think possible. Sighing she waited for him to land and looked out to the sky. A secret she had been tortured for. If he knew who his father was.... would it make a difference? If he knew who she was? Would it change him from the bitter man he is now. If he knew how everything had happened, how they were seperated and forced to remain silent. Hell she didn't know if his father was still alive or not. But she knew he was, he was living and breathing right before her. And she wasn't about to let him out of her sight for a while. Not until she got to know her own son....

Zion found the second question even more perplexing. The first was what he beleived but the second was simply who he was. "Yes I know who I am. I'm Haldrexion the Nothing. I am capricious cunning and on occasion ruthless. I know based on my actions what I might and probably will do. So I think i know who I am fairly well." Zion hadn't been alive for so long without trying to discouver who he was and unlike most humans he had a pretty good understanding of who he was. An outcast who lived between heaven and hell, a nothing. Not that he didn't take a preverse pride from that. His nothingness gave him a power to fight those who were stronger then him in theory. He had versitility in the spells he could choose from, with nothing a specialty. he landed easily on th eground. The only part about flying that he had difficulty with was that one wing displaced more air then the other causing one part of his body to be propelled upward more then the other. Landing held no such problem for him.

((Yesh, finnaly managed to post. Okies people, explination is shorts. basically my internet is really slow at the moment (contract says 512 bk/s actual is now down to 12 kb/s) and disconnects almost every 40 seconds now. It's incredibly hard to even load a site let alone post a message. I'll be back as soon as this is over (damm really long)))
