I think it was Dee x Ryo from Fake.
I think the first yaoi image I ever saw that I liked was an InuyashaxSesshomaru, although the first yaoi fanfiction I read all the way through was an InuyashaxMiroku.
After that was FMA and Trigun ^^.
Now I'm into Loveless, Ai No Kusabi, and DBZ.

I think my first Yaoi pairing was the infamous NaruSasu, from Naruto.
I don't like it as much now, though, because I've moved on to bigger and better things, such as Lucius/Severus, IruKakaGai, and Drarry.

I guess my first one was Remus/Sirius from Harry Potter but the one that really got me into anime and yaoi was HoraHora/Ren from Shaman King

It was an extremely long fan fic (titled: Second Chances) staring x/1999 characters. the main two were Subaru and Seiichiro, but there was a fair bit in there with Kamui and Fuma 3nodding

I don't watch Naruto to much now but I'm still into the pair....
But yeah, thats teh first aniem couple, when I got into J pop/rock was the first time male/male appealed t me @_@

It all starthed with L and Light from Death Note. My best friend told me about the pairing and I saw that fan-made clip on youtube where they kiss. I didn't know it was fanmade and thought it would really happen. I was actually looking forward to that scene secretly. Later my friend told me it didn't really happen in the anime and I found myself saying, "Awwww...."
I later read an M-rated LxLight fanfic that made me disturbed at first, but later I came to like it and I've been reading yaoi fanfiction ever since.
