Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy was laying back into the couch, still floored that someone was actually interested in him. Once Patrick returned from the kitchen Roy's heart started skipping beats as Patrick asked him out on a date "....." Roy's face actually turned pink slightly as a stupid grin made it's way onto his face. At this point Roy acted on pure instinct and threw himself into Patrick, pulling him into a tight hug. With the sound of screaming and a car crashing from the movie Roy gave his answer "I'd...I'd be an idiot to say no! Of course I would!" Roy stated as he held Patrick a little bit tighter into the hug, letting him know this meant a lot to the officer.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick watches the man's face turn pink and a grin on his face thinking that was a good sign. He was caught off guard by the tight hug, but resist against it because he likes it. Felt relieved by Roy's response and the reassure he got from the tighter hug. "I'm very ecstatic to hear that, Roy" he said smiling at the older male. "When is a good time for you?" he asked so they could synchronize their schedules. ╚══════════════╝

Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy pulled away from the hug and thought for a moment as him mind quickly went through his schedule "The whole week after Christmas I'll be working until three thirty, that's when I get off so I'd have the rest of the day to myself that whole week!" Roy replied from memory as he thought about his schedule. As he sat back into the couch normally he couldn't really focus on the movie anymore, not even on the fact that the man was a walking corpse caught his attention. Roy was simply to anxious and excited at the thought that he actually was going to start dating someone as kind as Patrick.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick listens to Roy's schedule and it sounded workable to him. "Sunday should work. Around five o'clock" he decided. He figured the excitement and the returning of presents should have calmed down by that time of day and maybe some time to give the other a chance get ready for the date. Grabs the remote control then fast-forward past the ending of the story until the movie was to the next crypt scene. He glances back to Roy before watching the movie once more and sitting back in the couch. ╚══════════════╝

Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy nodded his head at Patrick's plan as it worked perfectly with schedule. Finally his mind slowed down to the point where he could actually focus on the movie at hand which was about what seemed like a kind old man and some evil neighbors. While Roy's mind was finally able to focus on the movie in front of him he couldn't help but feel excited in the back of his mind at the prospect of the date. However all thought's of the date were gone when the wicked neighbors had the nice old man's dogs removed and he automatically glared "I don't like these assholes...." he actually cussed due to the adorable doggies being taken by the nice old man. It was of course just a movie he knew but Roy's soft spot for dogs was already going wild at this moment.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick looks to Roy a little surprised to hear the older male cuss. "He has a soft for adult dogs too. That's good to know" he thought. Picks up the remote again, "Mind if forward towards the ending?" he asked him. Knowing how the story progresses and it always made him sad. He thought he should ask first this time around. "One small dog does escape and return to the old man later" he informs him thinking that would feel a little better. ╚══════════════╝

Company:Patrick Status:Single Account:$792.06 Profile_______________________________________ Roy quickly nodded his head to to Patrick asking to fast forwarding the movie "Yeah...I get the feeling I know where this is going...." he stated before smiling just a little bit at what Patrick said "At least there's something good news..." he said, looking towards Patrick with a smile before a thought occurred to him "So...besides like...art and movies...is there anything else you do?" he questioned as the movie was fast forwarded past the story.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick presses the fast forward button after receiving permission from Roy. He sees the man's smile when he had stopped long enough for the returning dog park and looks at him. "Other than garden too, I guess it would be exploration. I like to explore new locations I haven't been too" he answered as he resumes the fast forward. He stops towards the end when the unused valentine's cards were taken from a dresser drawer. "Can you guess the reason they are all in the crypt and why the crypt keeper won't let them leave?" he asked Roy. ╚══════════════╝

Keeping those in mind for the future when Patrick asked about why the Crypt Keeper wouldn't let them leave "Hm...well...if he is the Crypt Keeper.....then because they are already dead?" he answered, thinking he may have been right. Roy then glanced at the ending of this story and saw a hand come out of the grave "Aw...the old man died....I figured..." he said with a slightly sad look before a thought occurred to him him "Wait if he's coming back from the grave....heh...revenge..." Roy stated with a smirk as the son was sitting at his desk none the wiser.

╔══════════════╗ "Excellent answer, Roy" said Patrick sounding impressed by Roy's response. He nods, "Yeah, all of his life lines were ripped away from him" he said. He quietly watches the ending of the story of the heart being found by the father and the blood written note. "Fun fact. I do own the comic books that this movie is based on" he informs Roy. "You don't have to answer this question or not" he began to say as a question came to mind. "Have you had your first kiss yet?" he asked him. ╚══════════════╝

Roy stated as a look of surprise came over his face "Wow, these are based off comics?" Roy asked "I never would have guessed!" He stated, surprised that such stories were actually from comics of all things. Roy's face then flushed slightly at Patrick's question "Umm...well...no...no I haven't....nobody has ever been interested in me enough....to kiss me...." Roy explained while his cheeks turned even pinker in embarrassment at his confession.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick was amused by the surprised look on Roy's face. "I suppose so or really good observation and deduction skills" he suggested. He nodded, "Yeah, and back then they called them comic magazines" he answered. "Most probably wouldn't have guessed it because a lot of times people have seen movies based on reading material they have never read before. Plus it was mentioned at the opening credits" he explained. He smiles softly and enjoying the pinkish hue on Roy's cheeks. "I guess you will find out if that fact will remain true or not" he said hinting that he may be interested in kissing him. He looks back to the screen when a statue was being looked over. "Oh the wishing statue. What would your three wishes would be, Roy?" he asked the older male. ╚══════════════╝

At this point Roy was a completely different shade of red when Patrick asked about what his three wishes were "Umm....well...um..I..." He then took a deep breath to calm himself as he thought about what his wishes would be "Um...well I think my first would be to always have enough money in my pocket for whatever I buy...." he then began to think more about his second wish "Next.....I'd wish that I could retire early and spend my days traveling...." Roy's face flushed once again as he thought of his final wish "My third wish....would be to find and marry the love of my life...." Roy stated with a small smile as he rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.

╔══════════════╗ Patrick notices how much more red Roy's face had turned because of his hint. "Would have to be rich for the first one or a high income. I wouldn't you going through what most people go through because of the money wish like this woman does" he said using the wife in the story as an example because they had made a money related wish. "I'm already living your second wish just not so much on the traveling because of my condition" he tells him. "I hope you will be with the person you deserve to be with. I am astounded about you being so honest with me and I appreciate it" he said to him and thinking he shouldn't assume he would be that person in Roy's third wish. "How do you know when your ready for the marriage stage?" he asked him. He thought this conservation has gone surprisingly well to him. ╚══════════════╝

He glanced at the movie for a moment before looking back towards Patrick whom then commented about his second wish. Roy then rubbed the back of his head "I'm being honest with you just because....I feel comfortable talking to you..." Roy said with a smile before a thoughtful look crossed his face. How would he know when he's ready for marriage? "I think...it would just be a feeling....if I love someone enough.....I'd know..." he explained as best he could, pausing several times to put what he wanted to say together in his head, Roy then looked at Patrick "What about you? What would your three wishes be?" he questioned, curious about what Patrick would wish for.
