Alec Ikiiki jellykans I think I am dead in the water - I forgot, but for some reason my computer has been refusing to make screenies for about a months. Aw.... Am going to try a run at it with slimber - both cameras are packed away somewhere and were seldom used, no camera in cellphone, not gettting svc.. back fro 2 months anyway. Argh. Guess I really did not plan ery well.
Terribly sorry about this.well...I did something fast on slimbe and...seem to have misfiled it, as in....it's gone...or I typo'd when typing in my name. But - it seems I recall you have to screenie to export. Well, disasters happen. >-< Ad: neighbor with cameraphone is in bed and sick.

I'll accept it today because its the first day, but we won't be allowing this after today : ) just because it makes things unfair to everyone one else, I'm sure you understand. If ever your on a tight pinch like this again, you could post the daily theme the day of, and wait a few min after the due deadline so ex: 10:05 or something to post the next days theme.

But we did have 43 submissions.

Now, time to look at tomorrow's themes. yea we usually loose a big portion the first day, and slowly loose more as the event goes by XD its not an easy event to say the least

Kai_Chi jellykans I am having a problem. I did my art last night, but today could not find my glasses. I've been sick and fell asleep this afternoon, am just waking up, and by my estimate I am around 5 minutes from the deadline, without a scanner hooked up. I downloaded paint.net and GIMP in early afternoon and installed the first - but I had more than a nap. Is there any provision for an emergency? I will try to do a really fast job, just so I can stay in. I give an extra 15-30 min for post past 10 but post now, or you won't make it on time : ) Maybe I can practice over this year and help fund-raise to do the contest a third year. While I am really down right now, it's once again a period that's super-busy. And I AM over my fear of working in digital, though I haven't done much yet. Also will be resuming printmaking, etc., so I might enter other media in another year, will have found the cameras, too.
