Nobuyuki smiled when she took his hand and walked with her out of the theater. The sun was starting to go down which at least alleviated some of the pain they would feel from the immediate attack of light. He put his hand over his eyes and kept moving until he found the car. He was really enjoying the time he was spending with her.
He drove them all the way to the local museum where the crow was already gathering and filtering into the stands. He rushed out with her and took a good seat, right up close. He smiled at her "Whoo we made it." he said. The fighters were gathering on the sides. It was easy to tell which fighting style they represented too.
It was minutes before the matches began. The fight showcased the skill and discipline these men and women had though each hit was actually kinda brutal but Nobuyuki was enjoying it.

 Ana followed him to the car after she had to, yet again, get used to the amount of light. She wondered whether other people felt the same, and after looking around at the other people pouring out of the theater, she wasn't the only one suffering from the blindness.
Then they were rushing to make it to the exhibit on time, but she couldn't help but find it funny how they had made it just moments before the exhibit had begun. It wasn't like it was in the movies where time would stop for the protagonists. Time would move and continue to keep moving no matter how she pleaded and desired it to come to a halt for just a short while.
She then watched the fighters, just as interested in their fighting techniques and styles as Nobuyuki, but her eyes were searching for flaws that an immortal creature would use to their advantages, but there were few and she found it all the better. She noted several different moves that she would have to uncover the secrets of at a later point in time. "Not bad if I do say so myself." She muttered mostly to herself.╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki watched and smiled "These guys are incredibly good." he said and continued to watch in silence. After a majority of the matches were done one of the combatants..a judo man took the microphone from the announcer an began to call for challenger. This was part of the show or at least that's what everyone assumed. No one had the guts to step forward so he simply chose and after a short spin he settled on Nobuyuki.
This terrified him but he did not show it. He did not stand..he could not fight because of his leg. He actually wanted to though but he knew if he stood and fought he would be destroyed. Unbeknownst to him however this man could see the abnormality in his leg. The fighter continued to urge someone to join him specifically Nobuyuki. He didn't seem to be a creature though just a battle hungry man.
Nobuyuki looked over at Ana and stared "Should I risk it?" he finally asked her.

Ana had found each battle brutal, but then again, they weren't risking their lives as she often did when she was completing a mission. If only they had to fight to the death... then it would be made really interesting. She thought before she was snapped out of her thoughts when Nobuyuki was chosen to fight. The man could see that Nobuyuki would be at a disadvantage and had to resist the urge standing up and yelling at the man. The Nobuyuki asked her whether or not he should risk it. She looked over at him and then back up at the opponent and sighed, "If you're up to it." She stood up and growled, "Get another fighter ready, 'cause I'm next in line."╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki shook his head thinking of his leg and what she had done for him. He sighed "I won't risk it." he said and the man who challenged him sighed and called him a coward. He then turned his attention towards the girl and walked off. A young man walked up next and looked at Ana "We'll since you so volunteered my lady shall we dance?" he asked her with a dark smile. He was really expecting her to come up and face him.

Ana glanced over at Nobuyuki when he didn't take the challenge. Then again, she knew that it was probably the smartest choice, because of his leg and the fact that it was still healing up from the other night's attack. She stood up and nodded, a devilish grin on her face, "Shall I lead this dance?" That got quite a few chuckles from the crowd as she stepped up and into the ring to fight. She cracked her knuckles and began to stretch her legs and arms. I'll show him not to mess with me... She thought with a malicious grin. She wouldn't hold back, even though he didn't appear to be a creature. Not only that, but she was fairly confident that her mixed martial arts and acrobatics would prove useful in this fight.╔════════════════════════════════

The man smiled and took his stance. This man was more proficient in Wing Chun. He looked at the woman before him and relaxed his body "We'll then would you like the first strike?" he asked her. It was only fair to give the one he challenged a chance at a fist attack though based on her stance she was a mixed martial artist and it looked like she was very proficient. This fight would not be easy but he was prepared for something like that.
Nobuyuki watched her and wished her the best of luck silently. He could tell this guy would not be an easy victory Ana was gonna have to react fast and hope for the best especially when she strikes since this style was also very good at delivering brutal defenses.

Ana had finished stretching and was making sure that all of her concealed weapons were more concealed, but still accessible if the need called for her inanimate companions. Then he asked one of the rudest questions, or so it was labeled in her book. Her frown and eyes were enough to give him the hint that she disliked such questions. "Let's just see where we start off, eh?" She said in a sarcastic voice. "I don't like men going easy on me because I don't have the same parts or because I'm smaller than they are." She then got into a fighting stance that would allow her to block or strike, whichever was necessary.╔════════════════════════════════

The man smiled She had not fallen for it but it seemed he was making her angrier. He simply shrugged for a moment "Its not like your that far off from a boy anyway." he said and walked closer still in his stance and circled around with her until the match was officially pronounced started and he sent his back hand at her though it would hurt more than normal. It was normal to start combat with simply movements since you needed to know your opponents strength and weakness in order to defeat them well enough.

"True, I might not be that womanly, but," She dodged his first backhand swing easily by simply ducking and turning with him, waiting for him to make another move or for an opening that wouldn't be completely obvious to him. "By the way your attempting to bitchslap me, maybe it's a sign that we were given the wrong genders at birth, eh?" She then tucked and rolled between his legs with incredible speed and kicked out at the back of his legs, intending to knock them out from under him. She wouldn't fight him as harshly as she would fight a vampire or perhaps the occassional fae, but she wouldn't be a pansy about checking out his coordination and flexibility. "I like to think myself a little more flexible about gender, what about you?"╔════════════════════════════════

The man's smile however did not fade as he felt her kick his legs but he didn't even flinch as he turned around saying nothing and dropping down with a great speed and sweeping his legs attempting to knock hers out from under her "Not sure, you hit like a girl that's for sure, maybe the guy with the injured leg hits harder than you do." he said readying his other leg for an attack if she dodged. He left no opening for her to really take advantage of and get a good hit.

"At least I'm not as slow as a turtle." Ana taunted as she jumped when he sweeped his leg, having been trained to be able to be prepared for any immortal speed. As she jumped, she lunged forward and used his shoulders to hurdle over him before trying to bring him down as she tumbled to the ground.╔════════════════════════════════

The man however stood up tall and didn't move and simply flipped her over his shoulders with a sudden and powerful lean tossing her to the ground. He looked at her "I'm a lot stronger than you are." he said and smiled "You a little pathetic for a vanquisher aren't you?" he said crossing his arms "I was told on of the better vanquishers lived here but I never thought it'd be a little girl." he said. This man was another vanquisher.
