Shayne Indra You have the veggies, I'll have the steak. wink I wouldn't scoff at the veggies until you've tried them. I marinade them then char them on the grill with some apple smoke. I do make a damn fine brisket and ribs though- but I don't have a pit to work with.

I'm so not a healthy eater. lol What kinds of veggies do you grill?

Shayne Indra lol I think that's the first time veggies have sounded appetizing to me outside of boiled corn on the cob smothered in butter and salt... I'm so not a healthy eater. lol What kinds of veggies do you grill? Zucchini, summer squash, roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, corn on the cob, asparagus- pretty much anything that won't take too long and will work with the flavors in the marinade.

Come to think of it...I've got a catscratch hat. Maybe I'll take a picture later tonight with some ears of my own razz (after I finally fall asleep)
