Kanti ducked her head shyly when Sanoskue licked her, surprised at the affectionate gesture, but happy nonetheless. Her tail wagged slightly, brushing over his.

Kanti nuzzled Sanoskue’s cheek and sighed softly. “I feel so close to you…it doesn’t seem like I’ve only known you for a few days, but my whole life…”

Kanti gently covered Sanoskue’s paw with her own and sat silently for a moment. “Sanoskue,” she finally said, rather quietly. “This might sound crazy but…I’m falling in love with you.” As soon as she said it, Kanti stared intently at the floor, suddenly very shy.

Sanoskue blushed under his fur, then smiled and licked Kanti's muzzle, "And I you." he said gently.
