The Deku Scrub walked over to the man and said, "Are you ok?!" She back up a little scared and upset and yelled, "Whoever is doing this, show yourself!" She was loading her cannon ready to fire.

Suddenly a bright orange mask wearing giant stood over Kiero with his sword pointing down on him.
Kiero could not move for the pain was to intense. He had his rib cage cracked but he could utter the words, "Get out of here...The temple is...is sinking."

But the foolish Deku wanted to save him so she shoots the mask off of the giant and said in a strong tone, "What do you want?! Don't kill him! Kill me instead!"

"No just...go," said Kiero then he added, "I will be fine..." He knew it was a lie.
The creature looked back down showing that the mask was its face then it slammed its arm into Kiero, knocking him into a wall.

"I refuse to let you die! So you go instead! I'll hold him off!" She yelled and started to shoot deku nuts at the faceless giant.

"I can not move," said Kiero trying to move his arms but could not. "You go instead for I know you can." Kiero said as the water rose to his waist.
The creature looked at the Deku Princess, not even really feeling the attacks from her anymore. Then it turned back to Kiero and raised its sword.

"No!" She said as she had her last thing so she threw her Moon Tear at the giant.

The giant caught it in his shield hand then crushed it. It was annoyed of the girl so it grabbed her and threw her out of the temple.
Kiero saw this and knew it was for the better. He saw that the water was now up to his shoulders and he his mask started to float by so he used all the strength that he remained in him to grab the mask and put it on. He found his keaton form did not have any injuries so he cloaked and dove into the water then grabbed his sword in his mouth and swam out, still cloaked.

The girl was past out from the hit she took but wasn't too damaged when she woke up and checked. "I hope he's okay..." She said desperately but realized the Skull Kid did all of this. "I don't believe this is you..." She said under her breath.

Kiero wondered around for what must have been hours but he still knew that if he took the mask off he would surely die from the damage to his real body. He the put sword on his back awhile so he would not have to carry it in his mouth. He was on a wooden platform above where the temple stood before it sunk. He could not see the Deku he just tried to save but he also knew that she would not know it was him in this form so he walked away from the swamp and uncloaked.

The Deku saw a Keaton but knew they don't do that much help so she went walking in a random path not knowing where she's going.

Kiero hear some scuffing behind then turned around to see some huge dragonflies around him. "One fight after another."Kiero thought as he drew his sword in his mouth and stood on the platform, ready.

The Deku heard something buzzing so she shoots all of the bugs that were buzzing with her Deku Nuts. "Man I wish I didn't throw that Moon's Tear..." She said looking down.

Kiero slammed the the last of the three bugs he was fighting onto the ground then cut its head off. He put his sword back on his back then saw the deku girl again but she was walking on the path below him. He jumped down then he looked at her and asked, "Is there something wrong?"

"Well at least I have someone to talk to," she thought. "Well...This man I saw saved me but I want thank him and ask him where we are. I wish I could of revived him but I'm not the healer in my race." She said a little down.
