All conditions apply to Hars, and I can't think of an appropriate feminine form with the same meaning. My wife says it all the time. She also uses the term "girl-boner".
c**k-block is a bit specific regarding the act denied.

I noticed that with sentinel, though when you only need them to fill the holes between shield powers it's not exactly a bad thing.
