Nariana I kind of see what you're saying?...I see how you didn't see Galaxia as an enemy somewhat. The rest needs a smudge of explaining. with the dark moon seeming more dangerous/dark: Because they were so sneaky about everything, a lot of things were kept in the shadows and the details were a bit murky. Do you know what I mean? they captured sailor moon and even managed to brainwash Rini the moon princess who attacked sailor moon her own mother etc. Does that make more sense?

I definitely say Galaxia.
I mean, what better tactic is there then literally turning senshi to the dark side and using them to turn the rest of the senshi of the galaxy. The senshi are supposed to be the strongest beings in the galaxy, what better army could there be?
Plus Galaxia was the only one to kill absolutely every one of sailor moon's team, other then sailor moon herself.
Beryl didn't Mamoru. Death Busters didn't kill anyone really. Nehelenia only captured them, etc etc “Guardian of the Gate of Death, I’m searching for the New World”

That whole arc, they were terrible to the lackys. I mean really, he used his own sickly daughter as a pawn.

Dark Kingdom - Queen Beryl: A woman that fell into Jealousy and couldn't accept that Endymion wouldn't love her but their supposed enemy instead. Then the Shitennou who were only trying to do the right thing. T__T; and then they were screwed over again in the next life and were then just regulated to stones. Never finding love...;3; Not to mention. I totally agree with them. Who the heck died and Made Queen Serenity -their- overseer? They essentially lied too.
Remember the part about "They're spying on us!" and the answer was, "Nooo. We're not spying on you...really."
But that's exactly what they were doing. Queen Serenity said so herself. The act of 'guiding' is another way of saying 'spying' on people. >>
Black Moon - They were for ousting what they believed what was wrong (And I don't blame them.) and then they were screwed over.
Death Busters - Well, in a way, you can say they're doing what they had to. Their own system was basically dying. (I think.) and so making a deal with Tomoe was inescapable. The girls-sadly- became nothing but pawns. Though one could argue that they were just as equally taken over as Tomoe had been. So when we meet them they're not who they used to be.
Dead Moon Circus - Gods where to start? Anime version- I was extremely sympathetic. I mean poor thing was left to govern by herself since she was like.. 5-8 years old.
Manga wise, she told the truth and was unapologetic. She was only doing as she felt she needed to.
Galaxia, Chaos- Nuff said.

In the anime, the 3 animals that were turned into humans wanted to stay human. But then after being pushed around they were forced to turn back into animals *did they die after that? I am not sure* In the anime however, they were given a second chance by helios.

It was tough to choose, but I picked Glaxia. She was just used. I find that how she was treated by Chaos was terrible. She was actually turned out to be nice in the end...
