Well, I had NO idea that Lost was gonna be on last week, so I sorta caught it mid-ep. Not nearly enough Charlie if you ask me. I think the fact that Claire was gone was made less important by the fact that she was in so few eps before this one, and that they never really mentioned her until the end that I saw. I think Charlie needed a hug, though. I almost started crying. whee crying
Oh, and I think that Shannon gets captured for some reason, and then Boone saves her. After the awards last night, they had another preview, and Shannon was tied to a tree, and then Boone was yelling, and then the two of them were running throught the forest away from something. And Charlie mentioned the monster. Maybe it's gonna come back?... whee

I think what Boone said about Shannon being useless was really mean....although she doesn't help around alot.

Sieardah I think what Boone said about Shannon being useless was really mean....although she doesn't help around alot. Yet another example of mean, but true. Personally, I think Sayid was a bit meaner, actually, when he ASKS her to help him, and then tells her it was a mistake. Like she asked him if he needed help or something. But... Sayid is always doing that sort of thing. 'Oh, woe is me, here I am, slaving over this transceiver, and I can't tell anyone why I'm actually doing it. Not like that was my idea or anything. Oh wait, IT WAS.' Only slightly more annoying than Jack's 'Tell me what you did, Kate, because it's not like I had a chance to find out earlier or anything... Oh wait, I DID.' Because unlike Sayid's, Jack's still wanting to know what Kate did makes a bit of sense.

Okay well I just saw why ninja Locke hit Boon, I still say hes evil or something.. but that's only my opinion. I know why he hit him but still I mean only for the secret..it's something bigger then just a small trap or something ninja

ninja Now that is a HUGE twist..I was crying there for a second.. I still think Lock is an evil one though.. I mean he gave that broken compas to Sayid.. I hope he didnt think he could fool Sayid!

I was so pissed that Shannon wasn't actually dead. I figured she wouldn't be, but it was still a disappointment. Eh, I think Locke is some sort of psycho, but I don't think he's evil. He just has some big plan, or something.
Boone and Shannon aren't related, so it wasn't that shocking, but it was still disturbing.

ninja I can't believe anyone would hate Shannon's character so much, or in any case want her dead. Sure she's a b***h and everything, but she is *supposed* to be. Honestly, she is a lot more interesting than SOME characters *coughKatecough*. I wasn't that grossed out about the Boone and Shannon partial-incest thing either. Sure it seemed wrong, but it totally added to the plot line in all the right ways.
I totally called half the episode too. I knew there would be a Shannon-Boone relationship, and I KNEW that Locke left Boone there to face the machine/monster so he could be enlightened. I figure everyone's going to go through that process. But I was fooled when she was dead. Me and my friend were freaking out (not happy, not sad, but shocked!).
And really, Locke isn't evil, in my opinion. Everything he does is for a reason. He hit Boone so he could be tied up and furthermore be enlightened and released from his problems. He (so far) hasn't really done anything with a malicious intent. He helped Charlie. biggrin ninja

ninja Did Locke's little smile at the end of the episode creep anyone else out? There is DEFINITLY something 'off' about him. And as for Boone... ah, I think our Boonie's true feelings will come out for Shannon when she really does die. Which I think she will.
