Two...*Cough* words, Tam...soap and water....
Did Lupin get home? Are we all safe? Or have I finally bit the dust?

sorry, old friend, says tam softly as they pick their way through the debris of the courtyard... yer still with us, i'm afraid... and yes she's gone... and i assume lupin made it home ok... he didn't stick around to exchange pleasantries.... he simply trashed her and left... ye have some rather peculiar friends...

and end to it all... yer tired, old friend... life is becoming a drag... isn't it? over and over.. endlessly repeating... never ending... heck.. even i would look for release after as long as ye've been around... mind ye... i won't help ye achieve it though... i'd miss ye too much iffin i did...

Tam...you're one of my few tethers to life...if I were to lose all of you...most of all Tes...I would throw myself into combat with my brother, and have done with it.

tam climbs out of the courtyard and brushes himself off... well... that was a fiasco... nothing like working in secret is there... he says looking back at the shattered remains of a once grand villa... crowds of people are beginning to gather, so he slips off to aside and down an alley, followed by his partners...

tam sighs.. ok... the boss man is out cold... listen... i'm going to find us a spot to lay low in until he gets with it enough to get us back into the void... ye three go report in... tell themmm... oh heck i don't know... tell them we finished the job and that i'm on r&r... and i intend to be on r&r until i see to it that he's ok... he deserves that much.. got it?
don't have a cow, man... says darryl with a sharp bark of laughter... we'll see ye when we see ye... hang free, bard... don't take no wooden nickels...
alyssa kisses him on the cheek and gently pets the dragon's head... is that really him... the mage... the one who did all that... she looks back at the pile of rubble just outside the alley... tam nods... yea that's him... he's burned up a lot of energy... this is his way of rejuvenating... he'lll be alright... just takes him time to get it all back that's all....
rex gives him a nod and helps darryl pack up his gear... within moments the three are gone and tam is alone in the alley with an unconscious dragonling stuck in his shirt....

"Conserve your energy" he says...."You might need it later" he says...and now my master goes and does something like this...typical Kerobian...well, three days in a cocoon won't hurt him...and on master's orders...we are not to feed him anything but milk, honey, and small gemstones....
*Rhea pulls them both into the office...where Tam is tackled again by Shia...while Rhea takes Kero and goes to put him in a cocoon*

talesian falls into a chair and smiles weakly at his sister... hi kiddo... surely ye didna miss us... we weren't gone all that long.... he runs his hand through his hair dislodging a small shower of dust and small fragments of stuff he'd rather not identify....

tam chuckles weakly... he decided to take on an old one single handedly... well he did call on lupin in the end... but up until then he was giving it all he had... all we could do was duck and stay out of the way of the stuff he was throwing around... he runs his hand through again... comes up with a finger bone and hold it out to shia with distaste... get rid of this for me... would ye....

A Vozhd....no wonder...Talesian...Kero hates the Tzimizce....and he has nothing but pity for their perverse creations...the monsters who bind flesh and soul to tortured existence...he will stop at nothing to destroy them...and the Tzimizce had best be glad they're soulless...or they wouldn't like the result....
