Cecilia stood quietly as Roulin and Thomas spoke. She gazed towards the hotel that stood before her attempting to see inside, but she could not. She assumed it was for the confidentiality of what happened inside. Of course, she was sure that one could see out into the streets while within the hotel. This would be the first time that they would all be together since a week had passed. The young sapphire Cosmic Owl was rather taken aback by Lucien's demeanor, which could almost be seen as rather light and cheerful. It was quite a change from his usual stoicness. She wondered what had transpired during the past week to make him seem a bit more...lighthearted. She then noticed the others begin to arrive. She did not know whether to the tone of Noel's statement about others worshipping her as bragging, or humbleness. Shaking the thoughts from her head, she spoke. "Well, since everyone is heading for the meeting now, I'm going to do the same." she followed them inside and up the elevator. Once inside the rather large meeting room, she took a seat in one of the empty chairs.

Bailey remembered that there would be a meeting later on that evening. She looked at the clock beside her bed. Perhaps it was already beginning. Bailey looked at Morgan unsure if she was allowed to attend given the fact that she was human. "Um...I really don't want to get into trouble for bringing you along so...I guess you'd better stay here. Just please try not to break anything," she said. "Oh and if you have the urge to smoke, please do so outside. I don't want to come back into my room and have it smelling like some bar." With those words, she left the room and walked down to the elevator and rode it to the floor where the meeting would be held at. Once inside the meeting room, she saw that a few of the others had arrived. Bailey shyly nodded a greeting to them and took her seat. Placing her hands atop her skirt, she stared down at her lap while waiting for the meeting to begin.

Roulin entered the building behind Thomas, Noel, Lucien and the rest. Che was nowhere to be seen, but his presence was definently in the area. He'd show up late, but not before things were done. Now that he was inside travelling toward the elevator, he spotted Khalifa, the last missing member of his team. A smile contorted his features into an expression of glee. His team was back together now. Everyone was back together now. Nodding to the Matter Owl, Roulin followed behind Thomas who forever once didn't stink. He hadn't used his powers today. For everyone's sake, he hoped neither he nor anyone else would need to.

"Shut up Thomas. I'm here now and not dead like you want me to be. And yeah Lucien, I'm alive and well. I'm not going to be dying anytime soon...I am Life after all." the owl replied to both the dark man and the new minded Owl. "You go to a monastery or something Lucien? You don't seem as...pragmatic."

"He's the same. He, as well as the rest of us, knows that there's a job here to do. We need to get on it ya hear? Let's try not to be at each others throats." Thomas retorted as he entered the elevator with Noel. "Prayer's huh? I pray we can get through this meeting without a big fuss. Think you can make that happen Noel?"

~~~
Eating through another apple then tossing it aside, Che asked to Victoria, "Well, the great forces are gathering. I think we should be moving...think you can teleport us there dear?"
~~~

Moli had left a light clone with L in hopes of being to escape the island and get to the meeting. He hadn't packed, but he had washed up beforehand. Aeon, who was reading a book, woulld be suprised when he finally decided to leave. His blonde hair was perfectly combed, his teeth perfectly white and his attire perfectly prestine. Somewhat. Like L, he didn't wear anything heavy. Only a pair of purple satin pajama pants, some flipflops and a white long sleeve t-shirt that was almost too big for his lean body.

It was time to get out of there now. Focusing on Aeon, he 'drew' a path of light to her and connected it to a building in South America. After opening his focused eyes, which now glistened like jewels under the influence of his power, his body burst into a laser of pure light. From his room in the cabana, he picked up Aeon who was transformed into a beam alongside him. From there, he broke past the beach tearing away his light clone which had managed to find and even make a few hundred million different colors. Leaving only a thank you note at the Herald's feet, Moli sped off creating a giant tear in the ocean's surface.

Noel looked at Thomas and tried to smile, it was still awkward trying to work with him. She looked around for Will but she figured he would be here later or already know of the plan. "Let's hope we can" she said sitting down waiting to hear what the Death OWL had to say. If they did want to help end this war, she would need for her "followers" to pray to her for her powers to increase and for miracles to happen.

"Yes that handsome little boy of yours is here she said with a smirk. Victoria looked at Che with a smile as she walked up closer to him, she leaned in kissing his lips as their body enveloped in light, disappearing after the flash. They soon appeared in the room their bodies seperated of course, Victoria may have gotten around but she didn't need everyone to know that. She saw the three psychics in the room. It was something about other psychics that made it seem more welcoming..they could understand each other to say the lease.

Aeon was surprised when the path of light revealed itself and she was transformed into light as well. They were rushing across the ocean as a smile spread across her face. She could see some of the beast of the sea as she held on to Moli. She didn't know about any meeting but she was happy that her and Moli would be together.

Lucien looked over his shoulder at Cecilia and Roulin, he just smiled a little and shook his head. "A Monastery? No of course not. I went to a temple instead." He looked forward again as he took his seat. He looked at the group assembled before them, quite the menagerie even before Victoria and Che made their flashy appearances. "That's something I would expect from Radiant and Phantom." He said softly. He wondered where those two were, probably cooking up some kind of scheme of their own that they would spring on them in a little bit, but for now they weren't the focus. "Correct, as Thomas said we're not all here for tea and a chat, unfortunately the time will not allow us that luxury." he said still keeping his rather charming demenor open for the world to see, it was like he had been asleep all his life and now he was finally starting to look at the world throguh eyes that weren't always thinking and wondering what was the right and wrong thing to do. He looked to the corner of the room, sure enough even Sibal the ever watchful dog was there stoicly standing in the corner, eyes closed head tilted slightly down, arms folded and ears pirked up to the slightest noises.

Luca who had finally arrived into the meeting as well also leaned against a wall, as a mere hire on by the UNS he wasn't sure if he was really needed there but then again it couldn't hurt to have more information. He stood there looking at the owls that had gathered, it was just like the meeting they had at Che's house, hopefully this one wouldn't end in a hail of bullets and shouting.

Anderson took his seat, he had a coat on to hide his shoulder, which was bandaged up he still hadn't figured out the meaning behind his odd wound that was first discovered in New York, the last thing he wanted to do right now was make a scene, the next time he saw Radiant he was just going to ask. As he looked at Noel he smiled a little. "Don't worry The Night Owls were always good at keeping the peace before, this is no different, just in a smaller room." He said with a cheery smile. He leaned slightly back in his seat s he waited for this rather odd meeting to finally start.

When Victoria kissed Che, the flustered man almost fell backwards. Apparently she still liked him, or at least wanted him in a more physical way. Regardless, as the entered the meeting room of the hotel, she seperated from him and he fleeced his dark, purple panda illustration shirt. Taking a seat across from Thomas, he stared down the rectangular table. There was the dark man, Anya, Lucien, his son Roulin, God, the blueberry and a few others. Security stood at the door watching the congregation and him carefully. "The hell are you guys looking at? You used to work for me you know? Christ...." mused the annoyed italian.

"You don't look to happy to see me Krakatoa. Don't worry, we won't be here long." Timothy greeted the hotheaded man with a condenscending quip. How we was able to keep his cool was something, but the tension the magma owl gave off brought a smile to Tim's pale face.

"I know. I'll be happy when you two decide to leave us alone. Raven's room should be at our next stop." Soliel kept his eyes toward the ceiling, but in his peripheral, he could see Timothy grinning triumphantly. He had the right to knowing that something he wanted was in his hands, but as of recently, it had gotten to the man of lava. Now he just wanted his deal done. Now that Raven was needed, things would get a bit more complicated. Just a bit.

The elevator rang to alert them that they'd reached Raven's personal floor. Placing his jean jacket onto the coat hanger by the door, he walking into Raven's office and first offered Sabrina a seat. Soliel would have to stand in the end for there were only two chairs not counting Raven's. "It's nice to see you again Raven. I'm sure you've heard the good news?" Timothy said as he softly sat in the comfortable seat. "Soliel here has found the blueprints and the instructions to Exire. Aside from that, he has a plan that'll allow for your family to expand their home. I think the boy has an idea on his hands."

Demios turned as Che and Victoria entered the room and sat. He rolled his eyes "Oh look its the leech and the corpse" He said a bit coldly even more so than his normal tone with Che. He knew he had talked to him when they last met but it became apparent the two of them would never be friendly again. "I forgot we'd be working with the two of you" He said. He blamed Victoria partially for the death of Armand, she like the herald of body had instead of facing the heralds themselves taken owls as vessels. Right now he was in a mood to take it out on people he wasn't fond of. He then looked at Thomas who mentioned what he wanted Noel to do even though it was a sarcastic request "It'd be nice to have things go well for us for a change" He said.

Victoria then went to sit down as she listened. She noticed the faces around her, she knew that quite a few people didn't like her but she was old, she could give a damn about their opinions. Her eyes met with Demios as she smirked in a taunting manner and redirected her attention once again.

Sabrina looked at the young Magma OWL as she studied him. She said nothing as they entered into Raven's room and Timothy began to speak to her. She would remain silent, observing things once again she took a seat and crossed her legs.

Vincent looked around as the tempo picked up and random people began to dance in circles. Vincent had always been a self concious kid but for the first time he engaged in the festivities as he began to go around in circles laughing with the townspeople, Vincent was having the most fun he had had in a while.

Nikolai went to the meeting with the rest of the group, instead of making a fool of himself, or hanging upside down or off the walls, he simply leaned against one of the walls and lightly bobbed his head to his music, but also listening to what was being said in the meeting. Most of it was just banter back and forth between the owls, who hated each other and would probably gut them if they didn't need to help one another. Nik sighed and said, loud enough for the bickering bastards to hear, "Can we get on with this? I need to see a tailor about a suit. So, what's the plan?" Nik just wanted this meeting to be over with, he wanted to see if he could get a tailor to make him a jacket, he was tired of running around without it, and tired of hanging around with the night owls. The only reason he was even here was because of Anya, and she seemed to pay him as little mind as possible, unless he was annoying her, then she bothered to acknowledge his existence. If all else failed, Nik would just split and head somewhere in the North, like Canada and just wander around there for a while, maybe bring Anya with him. He didn't see it as abandoning his friends, hell he hardly knew any of these people, the only one he knew was Anya, the others were just acquaintances. He got caught up in a fight he really didn't care about, even if he was an Owl. He'd be content to live alone in the arctic, no visitors, no friends, no outside contact, just him, his music, and an endless ice field.

((TFP---Raven))

Just as Raven had suspected, two Heralds and Soliel were soon before her. She gave each a curt nod in greeting before leaning back into her chair and swinging one leg over the other. “Likewise, Herald.” Raven said in a simple tone. At Timothy’s words a small smirk pulled at one corner of the French woman’s pale pink lips. “Really now? That is good news indeed…” She propped an arm up on the chair and leaned her head on her open palm with an expectant gaze directed at the Lava Owl “Well Soliel, do share your plan with me. I am very interested in what you have to say.” She offered him a softer smile, her eyes signalling that Lava Owl was free speak without interruption. “We have enough time to go through what you have to say with care.” Raven added with a small but evident chuckle. Time was valuble, each second was not to be wasted…but she was certain the wasting of her time was not going to happen while in such company.

In Soliel's hand was a dark brown, lengthy sheet of paper. He stepped past the Herald who, like Raven wanted to know what he had to say, and presented the sheet to her. Across her desk, it rolled out like an ancient scroll and even tossed up a nice cloud of dust. The blueprints to Exire was nothing new to Timothy as it was his mentor's greatest creation. He already knew how it worked. He also knew the predicament that was keeping Soliel's frown ever stationary. "There are two things I want to discuss. These blueprints come first though. Now, thanks to Fenn and Telaria, two of Exire's finest, and myself, we've recovered the blueprints and the instructions to the battleship slash island paradise Exire. With it, we can deal a pretty strong blow on the humans just outside of our region." Soliel stepped back and allowed Raven to gaze upon his team's findings.

Timothy shifted his position in the dark purple chair and scratched his cheek as he too look upon what he hadn't seen in centuries. They were indeed the plans to Exire. He didn't need them to know how to use the island though. They did. They, for now, didn't need to know that he could operate the island as well as lift it with little to no effort. Lifting his eyes from the scroll-like sheet to Raven, Timothy decided finally to speak again. Crossing a leg over the other, he said, "Unfortunately Quaking Owl, there's a slight stipulaton that was included in the design of the island. A stipulation that the previous Herald's hoped would dilute any chances of it falling into the wrong hands. Tell her Magma Owl."

"Only those with The Lineage can read these instructions. That means only one of those title owls can read this. Will, Roulin, Noel...the lot of those idiots." Soliel's anger at Timothy was sweltering now. The Herald could read and decipher this information with little to no effort, but he wouldn't. Not until Victoria, the Herald of Mind, was in his hands. Clenching his fists, he shook off his anger, then rested against the door jamb. "We'd either have to kidnap one of them and make them translate, or get Victoria so the lightning rod and his band of elements can lift Exire."

"Just capturing one of them would nullify our partnership...then again, I guess it would make drawing out Victoria easy. What say you, Quaking Owl, our fearless leader?"

Morgan blinked as she looked up from one of the books she had grabbed from Bailey's bed, "wait what?" she asked having been silent since she had been told not even the owl knew what their job entitled. she watched the door for a few moments after the dark haired woman had left and wondered what this meeting was. "damn now that she said that i need a smoke..." she mumbled as she rummaged through a pack she had made with her jacket during her down time at wills and found there to be six different packs left from her raid at the store the first night, I have a lot more than i thought i would she thought to herself as she moved out to the room balcony and lit up, frozen for a moment when she noticed the height. "Crap, how high is this buildign again?" she mumbled through her cigarette and settled back on the patio chair away from the edge of the ledge. "i hate hights" she said with a sigh wondering how long this meeting was going to take and also thinking she might crash this meeting later if it takes too long, the bushy haired man had called her an owl afterall right?

*flashback* ((yeah i know it is late, but i couldnt leave him))
Danny barely woke after his fall to find several peices of metal and broken pipe sticking through various parts of his body, and he groaned as he felt the broken bones reconnect themselves. It was nice that he didnt have to worry about dying anymore, but damned if his luck wasnt the worst in any situation, this was what, the eight time this week he had killed himself? Groaning where he wished to sigh he could still feel the dead canine connection waiting for him as it sat by the hole, too light to have fallen through with him it simply sat there to await his comand. "good boy" he managed to mumble though a copper pipe piece peirced through his chest cavity. the several bars and pipes speared through his body were preventing his body from a full recovery and as much as Danny hated to admit he was in desperate need of assistance. Find someone to help he thought as the dog began to wander off already alerted by his brain that assistance would be required.

Nikita wiped the sweat off of her forehead with her sleeve. She had just finished helping clearing out some debris for some of the Owls working in the northern section of New York City, and now she and Neah were heading back to their apartment when she saw a fairly odd sight. There was, what looked to be a mortally wounded, decomposing dog wandering around in the street. Nika normally liked animals but this was a strange sight, so she persuaded Neah to follow her in taking a closer look at the dog. As they approached, the dog barked and ran around in circles wagging its tail, looking extremely happy about something for a dog with half its ribcage showing. When Nika got closer the dog barked again and ran off. Nika was going to give up following it, when it stopped down the street and barked at them again. "I think it wants us to follow it... Come on." Nika pulled her brother along after the dog, turning down seemingly random streets until they reached a pile of debris, what was probably a collapsed building. The dog sat down next to the pile and barked at Nika then looked over at the pile. She figured it out fairly quickly, someone was in there, and they probably needed help. Since she had never met Danny, she didn't know about his ability to control the dead, but she didn't think it was a coincidence that a dead dog happened to be walking around. She figured it was an Owl under there, and they needed to help.

Nika quickly started moving Debris out of the way, and with Neah's help, they quickly reached Danny, who didn't look like he should have been breathing, let alone conscious. With some careful maneuvering and some gravity manipulation, they managed to pry Danny out of there. He still had quite a few rather large pieces of pipe impaling him, and Nika was baffled as to how he could even still be alive. Nika helped him remove some of the smaller ones, but the large one in his chest, she was reluctant to remove. "I think we should bring you to a healer, friend. I don't want to remove that, it could kill you." Nika had said, worried about the kid. But he quickly managed to convince her that she could safely remove the pipe without killing him. She reluctantly pulled the pipe out, and watched as he slowly healed the hole in his chest. Satisfied that he would be okay for the time being, but still worried about him, Nika dragged both her brother and Danny back to their apartment, getting to know Danny along the way. He seemed like an okay kid, a bit of a recluse, but it seemed like most of his friends were dead people so it made sense.

Itachi now himself made his way into the meeting moving past the securiy to take his own seat now. " Sorry if im late but i had to clean up after my last training exercise. I was covered in dust and dirt from all the explosions that went off. I got a little carried away in training its not easy to mimic wills training without him around. " added itachi the heat owl as he let himself relax in the chair. He was sitting alone for now as amaya had been with jeannie and he thought the 2 of them could use some time together. Amaya could alllways use new freinds afterall and he supported her in that. He himself had only a few now with armand and neo both dead.

((TFP---Raven))

Raven stared at the blueprints with a plain expression. She ignored the small clouds of dust that puffed upwards towards the heaven and listened closely to what Soliel had to say. The French woman nodded every now and then as the Lava Owl spoke. He and his small team had done well….very well in fact. No mistaking that minor detail. Her attention was stolen away from the blueprints when Timothy spoke. She raised one delicate eyebrow at the new piece of information and simply smiled. “Is that so?” She mused while she pondered in silent thought. Soliel spoke once again, explaining the down side to what would have been an exceptional plan….what could still be an exceptional plan.

“Well now…you have been very busy, Soliel.” Raven began while leaning forwards and staring at the Exire plans once again. “So very busy.....” she all but whispered before bringing her gaze upwards and resting it upon those gathered in her office. “So what you are saying is that we need to either capture one of the titled one's or gain custody of Victoria…Hmm?” She stood up and flicked her long, if not slightly annoying blonde hair out of her face and laughed… “Either way…it seems we need to pack up some gear and go on a nice little hunting trip…” Her eyes narrowed and distorted her pretty face until it seemed somewhat dark and twisted “For Exire to rise again we need one of the titled or Victoria…a limited selection. But…a delicious one none the less.”

Khalifa Marcellus

Khalifa walked along side Noel waiting for an answer to his question and though he received one when they stood in front of their destination it was no longer needed for he knew exactly where they were just from the scenery. He walked in along with the others as they walked directly for the elevator but on their way there he noticed his teammates walked in behind them and nodding back as a respond to Roulin he stood stationary and awaited til they were on the floor they needed to be on. Walking in he noticed several people who was considered his enemy though at this point in time their was no hostility seeing how they called a temporary truce, Khalifa took his seat in a dark blue chair and relaxed in it as he looked around the room to finish taking in his surroundings before looking to Noel and the others pending the begin of the discussion.

Jaylin LaQuiel

Jaylin walked just beside Elle as she gave him an answer to his question, he nodded faintly as he could tell just by the look of her she was tired though he said nothing on the topic and as he walked into the building his visor began to go nuts with it picking up several other Owl signatures some which was familiar to the visor and others which weren't but he was sure everyone knew they were there since it was a meeting they were going to. His attention was brought back to Elle when she spoke again, asking him to sit next to her but to be honest he was going to rather she asked it of him or not, he didn't trust these UNS character especially since out of everyone here he didn't know them. "Sure." He replied before exiting the elevator and walking close behind her to his seat, taking it right next to hers and though it wasn't as strong he could still smell Thomas since he was sitting just a few chairs down from the man though he wouldn't let it bother him. He noticed the change in her expression and how Elle tensed when Jeannie and Amara walked in but didn't know why. "Elle, are you alright?" He asked of her in a whisper while leaning closer to her as to not draw attention.
