She hovers in place, pretending to consider his remarks with grave intensity, then nods slowly. "Well, that's a start... " she says thoughtfully tapping her chin. Then she grins at him and darts off to the hunting grounds. "Hope yer not getting rusty... think you can beat me there?" she calls back across her shoulder.

Laughing silently to herself she skims the treetops peering through the branches for the sight of something edibile and either too foolish to live long or too old to matter.

She shudders at the mention of the word Void. "I've been reading about that place... gives me the willies it does... Look! I know that cropping... Isn't that near the ledge where we first ate, watching the sunset?"

Kero takes a good look and nods. "Sure is... Shall we?"

She blushes a deep deep red and looks away. "Have I no secrets?" She demands testily, feeling a bit put out.

Carrying her deer over to where he has stacked the others she refuses to look him in the eye. She has always felt rathered embarassed about that encounter. How do you explain something like that to the one you care for?

(but she's younger than Cory and Ash... not by much but younger all the same and very embarassed... at that age teasing is one thing, carying something out is another...)

She blushes even further and stammers something awkward in reply bvefore running off to the nearby stream for something to drink. It's an excuse to get away, nothing more. She needs to get her roiling emotions back under control.

Staring down at the water, she stares at her reflection, wondering if maybe she should have simply teased him back.

Away from Luciel's presence, Igniska finds she can think a bit more clearer. She doesn't understand why it seems that when he's around her mind goes on vacation. But he has this effect of her. Whenever he's around her brain just doesn't want to function properly.

She drinks her fill and washes her face, then having no other excuse to stay away, she returns quietly. She lands nearby and walks over to where he's working on the food and watches him cook silently.

"I could do that, if you want?" She offeres after a bit, watching him roast the meat with his breath.

She nods shyly and sidles up next to him, to help him cook. It takes some coaching on his part. She's never really had to control the temperature of her breath weapon before, but she soon catches on, only singing the meat twice before she learns the knack of controlled breathing.

Startled she finds herself kissing him back. But now she's really flustered and terribly confusedf.

What with everyone telling her these days how awful a dragon she is, she finds it hard to believe anyone wants her for herself. Cory and Ash keep tellin her to tune them out, but it's hard to do. Paladine has even gone as far as scolding the elders in question before the younger generation, but now some of the younger set who used to treat her as an equal were beginning to mimic their parents. Had she any other place to live, she might have fled the valley altogether, but she didn't, not really, so she simply hung her head and endured. But life in Dragon Valley was no longer a happy affair.

Lately Igniska has been burrowing herself in her work and avoiding the valley's population altogether unless forced to go out into it. It has isolated her somewhat protecting her from their whispered snipes, but hadn't made her anymore welcomed, if anything it has given rise to even uglier accusations.

Still, Luciel's attention means more to her than she can possible express, for it meant she wasn't alone anymore. Deep inside she knew she could face almost anything if he was by her side. And that, perhaps more than anything, was why his prolonged absence had hurt her so deeply to begin with. It was getting suffocatingly thick though and if he didn't put a lid on it soon, she was going to sit on him and tell him to cool it a bit, but for now she really didn't mind. She just didn't know how to respond.
