Luciel goes over and nuzzles her, gently nibbling her cheek.
"Do you know the emotion that garnets represent, Iggy? Because I do, and I will gladly tell you, for a small price."
Ash coughs. "Wh..What price are you asking of her, Luciel. If you are going to go too far here..." His voice has taken on a warning tone, and he is puffing up a bit.

(I gave him a breed long ago but can't remember what it was... bronze, I think... something close to a copper but not truly of their clan... he's not the brightest bulb in the batch but he's loyal and completely devoted to Cory... Let's put it this way, he met her while hauling in the boxes of books during the period of isolation... he likes physical labor... books make good props for his collection of odd and ends. wink )
Igniska smiles. "Garnets are the stones of Love.... I read that in one of your father's books, C'ei. And don't worry, Ash... I knew the answer... but I'd like to know what he wanted myself..."

Luciel laughs long and hard and loud, startlinh Igniska.
"Why, I wished for a kiss from the most beautiful dragoness in the world, Iggy."
Ash smiles, interrupting him.
"Well, you can't have it. She belongs to me." He goes and nuzzles Cory.

Cory laughs and rest her slendar hands on either side of his muzzle, placing a gentle kiss on his nose. "Ash, love, you say the silliest things..."
Igniska smiles fondly at the two of them and gives Luciel a nudge. "He never passes up an opportunity to tell her she beautiful... and you want to know something... he means it."

She blushes even more, one might say she is actively glowing, and bows her head sheepishly. "I missed your silly compliments... Everyone knows I'm as ugly as sin, but it was fun hearing them... Thank you, C'ei."
Something in the way she says this triggers a warning bell in the back of Luciel's head. Igniska has never been so quick to blow off his remarks before. He looks at Cory and Ash and receives a warning look in return. Now was not the time to speak of this.

Luciel acknowledges the looks, nuzzling her.
"Come come. Let us not think of such things. Let's go flying, or fetch some of the wonderful supper we missed..."
A burp from Ash interrupts that little tirade, and startles a laugh out of everyone.
"Hehe, excuse me."

He grins at her sheepishly. "Maybe..."

Luciel shakes his head.
"I suppose I shall have to hunt and cook for the three of us, then. But that is alright. Kero has been teaching me how to cook even better than I could before. AND I learned how to make his scorpion stew, which should make everyone here with a taste for bugs happy."

Cory's eye's light up but Ash just makes a face.
"I'd rather have shark fin soup, but hey... if Cory likes it, I can at least try a bite..." he remarks bravely.
Igniska chuckles. "Yer a bottomless pit, ye are... But that shark ye served up the other day was a bit too oily fer me..."
"That was a whale..." sighs Ash shaking his head.

He nuzzles her, gently towing her out.

Cory pats Ash on the shoulder and smiles. "I liked the whale..." she says by way of a consolation. The bronze beams at her gratefully.
"We'll wait for ye back at Cory's place." he says with a wink.
"Wait... smate... I know full well what ye'll be doing..." teases Igniska laughing as she takes to the air, ignoring Coriander's tiny squeal of dismay. Looking back across her shoulder she calls down. "Don't deny it, Cor... the two of ye can't seem to keep yer hands off each other..."
"Look... who's... talking...." comes Cory's voices faint on the wind as she climbs ever higher.
