tam helps him gather them all up and carry them into the palace... where they spread them out on one champhy's tables... (the kitchen being one of the brighter lit areas of the palace right now....)

when he goes to breakfast the next day he finds her in her usual spot sipping a large mug of something spicy and sweet... she is wearing an ornate silver necklace sporting the three opals ye left the night before....
she looks up as ye enter and runs to give ye a hug... thank you, kero... thank you... look at what ame has made witht hem... isn't it beautiful...

silvery notes cascade to the ground, reforming into a tall fiery haired man.... sounds good to me... i did get a lead of sorts... did a bit of back studying and discovered she avoids populated areas like the plague... makes sense i suppose since she has a price on her head in more ways than one... so all we need to do is find a sparsely populated region that is quickly becoming ever more of a ghost town than usual....

Come on, then...
*Before Tam knows it...he's holding onto Kero's godkids as they speed on his motorbike towards his office...when they pull up, he steps out, only to be barreled over by Shia...Kero goes off with Rhea to get the coordiantes of just such towns....the room they enter, Tam sees, contains a giant computer, into which are being scanned hundreds of files...these are what Rhea is sorting...Kero sits down and closes the door with a tentacle*

he gives his little sister a hug and sends the quets to go unpack... so hows the crystal ball working he asks as he plops down in a chair, stretching his long legs out in front of him...
shia gives him a dirty look, then smiles... it told me ye were coming... is that good enough... so how's mama and da.... and has keva kept to his diet... did the kids get me reagents... and is averus still a trouble maker...
tam holds up his hands in surrender... one at a time, shia... one at a time... and yes... iffin ye knew i was coming yer doing much better than before as i didn't even know i was going to be here when i woke up today... as for ma and dad....
he launches into a fast paced discussion that continues until kero comes out with the results of his search...

shia looks at them both and frowns... be careful, both of ye... i can't see anything clearly but i get the sense of danger, intense danger... yer going off to do something ye don't want us to know about again aren't ye... he says to her brother...,
tam shrugs... yer not going to get it out of me shia, so stop prying... he leans over and gives her a peck on the cheek... take care little poppet... we'll be back... i swear on it... one way or the other...
to which shia gives a humorless laugh... of course ye will... ye do know where ye at don't ye... she stops his words with a finger to his lips... stop... she says with firmness... before ye say something ye regret latter... now go... go and save humanity or whatever the heck it is that ye do and i'll hold down the fort with rhea... go on... shoo..... and ushers them out the door...

tam smiles grimly and hops off the bike... friends... in my line of work, ye don't go in alone... ye'd be signing yer death warrent ine times out of ten...... me... i do the foot work... and act as an emergency healer, i also provide containment... alyssa here is thaumergic backup... rex works with the physical... he ports us about... and other items as well comes in handy as distraction during a fight... and darryl uses weapons... lots of weapons... some i have no idea as to how they work....

darryl nods... i'll watch yer back and keep off any childe she may have created... that should be easy enough.... he looks at lyssa... and ye will drop the guage... right...
she looks at kerobian and frowns... how good are ye at working in the cold, m'sirra... it slows the beasties and makes them sluggish... but if it interferes with ye own work? she shrugs, indifferently... i could help darryl in other ways....
i'll put up a shield around the perimeter... says tam thoughtfully... how likely is it that help will come running? will they put up a stink... we need a quick in and quick out...
rex sighs and stretches... i took a nap... i'm good to go... just give me the coordinates and i'll get ye there....
