You guys are so brave! The critique forum scares me XD I should really get thicker skin.
Well, I feel like there's really nothing that can be said that I don't already know. People who post in those forums are only confirming my own opinions on my own art. Once you know your weaknesses, the words of others cannot bring you down on your knees; this is true for life as well ;3
They are merely pointing something out, rather or not you want to change is completely up to you. My style is not loved by everyone, and that's okay... my style wasn't created to please everyone (even if I wanted to). My proportion is not all that great? That's okay, I'm still learning and honestly, anime have flexible proportion than those of real-life like models.
We have many people in life who wants to kick the back of our knees to bring us down, but once you see it coming, you'll be prepared for it~~ may it be to take the damage or to dodge it ;>
