Doesn't quite match up, especially since you've got two scythes, and sneakers trying to balance out the armor up top. All in all, it doesn't look like a lot of effort went into throwing it together.
...Unless that was what you were going for?

I prefer simplicity, since I don't have that many clutter-friendly items.
As for your avi, it comes across as a sort of scholar/summoner type person. Rather magical overall.

The impaled javelin works really well with your eyes. Almost like you didn't even notice it skewering you. xd

I really like it! :3 That's one of the nicest ways I've seen the flame pants used. My only suggestion would be to try and work some blue in around your head or higher, just since it's very nicely balanced throughout the middle and bottom.
(My costume at the moment is zombie Queen Anne from an alternate demon universe. ^^; Just...as a bit of explanation prior to the inevitable "wtf" critique.)

It kinda bugged me at first the way the horns and the hair interact, but I got over it quickly enough. And I'm not too fond of those heels but that's just personal preference. Anyway, there's really nothing to change in my eyes.

As for yours, like I've said before it all works together really well, I just wish the hat matched a little better with it (like if the shiny bits were more on the blue side instead of grey).

Very Halloween oriented. I like the overall look I think you could use a good area/effect. Like a background or an aura. But I have no complaints.

I'm really digging the Charon/River Styx look. My only slight complaint would be the blue light is a bit offputtingly bright and blue in comparison. But honestly it looks awesome as it is.

It's well set up for a character design. Personally I'm not an anthro fan but I could probably suggest different horns or a club instead of that bat.
