oh man...reminds me of this kid I fought...he had a Blaziken named Capt. Falcon...and every time he used Blaze Kick, he'd shout out "Falcon Kick!"

o.o Lol. J/k. I know I have a lvl. 33 pokemon somewhere.
There's special battle conditions that can be done on Wi-Fi that make all pokemon lvl. 50 to balance things out. So you can challenge anyone. You might want to wait until ya get better techniques.

I seem to tend to pick on to massively level, then go back and level the rest of my party later. It seems to work for me.

I definitely wouldn't recommend that to beginners with all these different types.
Back in the days there was just grass and water.

I just go and catch higher level Pokemon as I go...no need to level them that way. Gah, I can be so lazy!

Hey, I mean, not even can go and find the time to raise a pokemon from lvl. 1.
