Sorry my Japanese is so broken. I'm new. I was working on sentances and I ended up with this.

English sentance: I saw five spirts.
My Japanese Translation: Watashi ga Seishin go mashita yo.

Watashi = I
ga = to mark the subject which is new to the conversation
Seishin = spirit
go = five
Mashita = saw
yo = moderate emphasis

Sorry my Japanese is so broken. I'm new. I was working on sentances and I ended up with this.

Watashi = I

I think you mean mimashita..which is saw..and what about counters I don't know if you just say go..i mean what kinda counter would you use for a spirit...ittsu

Watashi wa inu ga suki desu ka.
(If I made this, "I like dogs AND cats," would it be Watashi wa inu ga to neko ga suki desu ka
or
Watashi wa inu to neko ga suki desu ka.)

Watashi wa Australia de umaremashita. Ima, Australia no Melbourne ni sundeimasu.

(I just used english words in place of the Katakana. People don't usually pick up Osutoraria as Australia. Lol.)

Maybe use "ya" for your list of interest?
Ex: anime ya inu ya hito ya....
It's for things in a partial list.
Like saying "I like these things, among others" .
